Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

I naturally expected excellent product and service from a Bellevue store, and was not disappointed. What I was surprised by is their donation prices - very competitive! I've shopped with them about 10 times, and this is now the only place I buy from.

I have been to this place many times, they are always fantastic. They ahve a great selection of products and edibles available. the staff are fantastic, everything has always been great. Specifically recently evan was awesome , and also Michelle was really great.

I love going here! The staff is always friendly and knows how to make you feel welcomed. The last time I was there David helped me out and gave me a lot of great information about some of the strains.

Green theory is one of my favorite shops on the Eastside. They have a great selection of product at fair prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Kevin is my go to budtender. He really knows his stuff and I can also count on his recommendations for extracts and flower.

First off Green Theory is my go to spot and I spend a lot of money there. Never had a problem with any of the employees ever and they have always been understanding if I ever have any feedback about a product. I brought it 3 carts from constellation cannabis because they are all about a quarter full still and are burning when I hit them and taste bad, I merely was trying to give feedback and Topher brings me outside to look at them but doesn't even open the containers and just say yeah buddy they're empty thats why they taste like that. Felt disrespected as I don't smoke solvent products and do know what I am talking about when it comes to these carts/ products. Any other time I have talked with someone about this problem they have gladly taken it back and swapped it out or offered a discount, not sure how this guys a manager...

Clean, friendly-professional and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable though some items are bit higher. The location, store environment, selection and staff more than make up for the price differential.

This not only is a most accessible location (right in the heart of downtown Bellevue), but also a great set-up. There are more recreational stores closer to my work, but I choose to go here because not only for the quality of the product, but the prices and service too. From the moment I walk in, even if there is a wait (never too long), I don't feel like I am being ignored. Every mine there that has helped me is well versed in their knowledge of their product. I am very sensitive to strains (I get anxiety and have panic attacks if it's not the correct type), and they've always recommended and steered me in the right direction. When there's a deal to be had (especially if it's on something I was already buying), they've let me know, but never pressured me. And not to mention that they're open late, so I'm not rushing after work.

I've been into Green Theory a few times now. For a while, it was the only recreational shop in Bellevue that I knew about; I recently learned of another store that just opened nearby, but their selection is still fairly small, as they are just getting started. I'm actually excited to see more stores opening up in the area, and hope that this is only the beginning. As for Green Theory, every interaction I've had has been nothing but friendly and professional, especially with those who recognize me just from my few visits thus far. I've only sampled a few items, but those that I have were fairly high quality; there was once where the flowers ended up being rather dry once I opened the sealed package, but that's not really on them as much as it is the grower/distributor. The last couple of times I went in looking for something specific, and they were out of stock both times, but they were quick to suggest other good items in the same price range, which I liked. I've also noticed that the store seems to get busier every time I go in, which is a good sign. Yes, the prices are fairly high, but that's to be expected with some of the early stores, especially with little competition yet to help bring prices down. Currently, the prices are such that I can't really make regular visits, but once they start dropping, I'll probably be around more often. The store itself is very clean and professional-looking, which is nice, because I feel like I'm in a completely legitimate business the whole time, which I should. I would definitely recommend visiting the store, though I would also recommend checking out any other stores that might be close by, just to get an idea of what's available out there. Hopefully this store and others like it will soon herald the coming of a new age in the use of recreational marijuana.
