Best buds in town

Got to admit it's the best quality bud but I'm not paying after they raised prices. I can get the same quality at other dispensaries.

I am a first time user. Greens To Go helped me figure out what I strains/mixes that would help me the most for my medical condition. Their products are top quality. My expectations were far exceeded by their timely service and professionalism!!!

What a poor experience. Went to Green2go for some Apple flavored clear. It mislabeled Apple but it was obviously Grape. I don't know if Green2go is changing labels or if it came from distributor that way, but they have a policy no refunds no returns. Very disappointing since I paid for something I did not receive. They do not keep their menu up to date and the quality of flower is some of the worse I have seen. I think Green2go has gotten too big for their britches..anything for a buck, right? Definitely feels they are not in business for the right reasons. Will not be back.

I find delivery man very pleasant to work with and helpfully. I'm still trying to find what works best for me but happy with what I'm trying right now. Delivery usually on time.

I bought half an ounce of the dj short blueberry and have regretted it ever since. It was dry,fluffy,tasteless very weak.and most sativa like in effect and appearance.exactly the opposite of what i expect from dj short. what has happened to green 2 go.?

Wow. These guys have class. Here's the only delivery service in the Tri-Cities with the integrity to do the right thing, no matter what. I hear people complaining that G2G "raised their prices," when in fact, all they're doing is charging the tax required by the State of Washington. I've been to a few Benton County, Richland, and West Richland counsel meetings that discussed marijuana in our community, and at every one, G2G reps were there, speaking for their patients. No other delivery services were present. It's obvious they're far more in touch with the community AND political process than any other service in the TC area. Bravo Green2Go. You are, and forever will be, my Go 2 place for Green. #g2g4life

Forget for a moment that Green2Go has some of the best quality meds around....I would personally shop here for the service and professionalism alone. Absolutely wonderful to deal with and they go out of their way to provide fast, quality service. I will deal with them for as long as they are around.

Very sketchy. Sure they’re dealing with redneck prohibition mentality in their community but there isn’t any need to perpetuate inaccurate stigmas. Let it be a state store. It’s not like they’re selling something that can kill you like alcohol or tobacco.

My dad and I bought an oz and where hesitant our Budtender Ana, who was very helpful recommended the golden pineapple by frost factory. It's amazing and does not have mold.

I like this place even though it's the closest to home but still how can you disagree with the huge selection they have on display also the prices it's always a good place to be if you're just passing by or you live close by I'm always going to be a returning customer

Horrible, horrible set-up. People are crammed into a waiting area and/or lined up outside the door where, after about 20 minutes or more, you're called into a tiny back room filled with boxes and shelves of product you can't see. Menu is rarely updated, so new merch has to be inquired about once you're in the back. This system certainly explains the wait time...you basically aren't even sure what you're dealing with until you get through the 'line'. It's great that they're out here but it needs a serious overhaul

Green2Go has NO INTEGRITY and no desire to do right by their customers! I purchased a vape cartridge and was very excited to use it. I was only able to take about ten puffs off of it and it stopped working on me. I thought it was the battery, but when I took it to the retailer, they used it successfully and told me it was the cartridge. My husband called Green2Go and after speaking with a manager, was told that they wouldn't replace it or examine it in an attempt to fix it. The manager made excuses and dismissed my husband and didn't care that we had just spent $40 on the cartridge less than 24 hours prior to the call. I am very disappointed that they didn't offer to right their wrong by replacing it or giving us some sort of store credit. We will no longer be using this dispensary even though it is only 15 minutes away. Instead, I drove 45 minutes out to Altitudes in Prosser and bought a cartridge that I know they will replace if I purchase a faulty one. I recommend not buying the Honey Tree Extract cartridges even though they are more affordable. So far, I am very pleased with my new Avitas cartridge and it tastes delicious and has a higher cannabinoid content than the other as well. Hooray for extracts!
