I missed the Cali vibe when visiting a dispensary here. This is probably one of the best ones that have made me feel at ease. The crew (Alexis, Jeremias, & Tyson) know their stuff! They were able to get me the right dosage and supplies needed. I appreciate you guys and hope to see you soon!

My experience at Greenhouse Northbrook was the best of the 4 dispensaries that I have visited in Illinois so far. First the location is very convenient (right off Rte 41). Secondly, the parking lot is large, well marked and asphalt (unlike Rise Mundelein). The dispensary building itself is beautiful both inside and outside. Also, it is well organized. The entire staff was very pleasant and efficient. Although I went at a very busy time of the day, amazingly there was virtually no wait. My Budtender (Marissa) was awesome. She was friendly and had great knowledge of the items that I was interested in. Most important was that I felt safe ! Social distancing was properly observed and the dispensary appeared spotless. 10 of 11 on the Dinometer.

This is the only dispensary I’ll ever shop at. They have a very convenient process. It usually only takes 5 minutes or less and I’m out the door with my pre order. Great customer loyalty incentives. But ultimately they have quality cannabis products of all kinds. The staff is kind and practices discretion when greeting me. Which is equally important when shopping for medicine. I’ve been to many many other dispensaries. Regardless of what side of town I’m on I will wait until I can get back home to Greenhouse Northbrook. - King Dave 👑

Overall service cold negative self absorbed gloomy rude why are you here attitude jerks murdering looks just super unprofessional. They will destroy you if you step up the line for one item, how dare you, get out attitude. Can’t stand people working here.
