Have only been here a couple times and had to do curbside pickup bc of the recent issues with Covid. But the staff was very friendly. I’m more of a concentrate girl and this place has a GREAT selection of concentrates at GREAT prices! My usual dispensary seems to be lacking in the concentrates lately so I checked here and was surprised by all the options. I love that they have .5 and 1 grams available of all different strains and the product is very high quality. I’ve also recently found honey sticks which I’m OBSESSED with and this place has them $10 cheaper then my usual dispensary so this may very well become my new favorite, as long as they continue offering quality products, great prices and great deals I’ll be a continuing customer. Keep up the good work guys! Can’t wait til I can actually check out the inside of the store 😊

I never had 1 issue until yesterday and I never had to check my order but my order was wrong. I ordered 2 afghan and I chem91 untrimmed instead I was given 2 untrimmed and I afghan highly disappointed
This is the best marijuana dispensary in my area. The variety, programs, and prices of the products are better than almost any other dispensary around. The service is excellent, and the budtenders are very helpful, and responsive to my special needs, being a senior citizen with a disability. While it is a little further from me than other dispensaries in the area, time and time again, Greenlight is where I go to get my medical marijuana. I highly recommend them.
Do not go here if you are a veteran or spouse with military ID. They do not honor veteran discounts for spouses. Everywhere else seems to not mind. Selection is weak and I’m just realizing why I haven’t been here in a while.
Extremely professional atmosphere and environment. First time patients get 25% off which is absolutely amazing. I do love that curbside is an option to just come pick up my order and go and i can check everything out about the products im buying on the website beforehand. Its super easy and the people who work here are extremely nice 👌
The budtenders really know their stuff and give honest recommendations. The front desk staff are friendly and personable. Great deals each day of the week. My go to dispensary.
This was one of the first dispensaries I started visiting. It’s consistently great service and knowledgeable budtenders. It has remained one of my favorites! Today was my first curbside pickup and the service remains excellent!
This has been “my place” since it opened. Always friendly and professional (followed the managers from a different dispensary and stayed when they left). I was completely shocked today, then, when the 3rd person I spoke to from curbside (about just getting 2batteries) was rude and hung up on me! What? Yep! I had been on the road 22 of the last 36 hours and my battery had stopped working. I just wanted a battery and to go home. Was I frustrated? Yes! And when I tried to explain I just wanted a battery and had said on the FIRST call I was already at curbside! She said the first person probably couldn’t understand me because I sounded frantic. I apologized, I didn’t want to sound frantic. And then she said “To be Frank with you…” I tuned it out! I had just been through one of the worst weekends of my life! WTF!?
But you know what, I had a bad weekend but evidently so did she! Yes, she hung up on me, but did I deserve it? Yeah, probably! Will I go back, yes.
Part of me is pissed about NOT getting a battery, but the rest of me (most of me) was pissed at me for getting mad instead of being empathetic! 🥺.
But…aren’t I the customer???
It's a bit of hide and seek for the topical products. What doesn't necessarily come up in the menu can be found with specific item search. I wish ALL available topicals came up automatically... specifically for Medical Patients.
Normally I love this place and the staff. However, todays visit was confrontational and insulting. My veteran status was removed. The supervisor kept referring to me as a spouse. For some reason he could not understand you can be both. Kept asking over and over if I was a veteran or a spouse. I've spent thousands here and a regular customer. I dont know if im going back. yet.
