waited 40 mins for a online order then was told you get no deals for phone or online orders. now I get to wait another 50 mins because no where does it say you dont get the deals. I still have to come and pick it up. why am I penalized for knowing what I want according to there deals . FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I come here a lot so my review is what I think with over six month period. Pros: Fair Prices - The prices here are fair, the quality is ok. Good staff - The best thing about this place is the staff, they all are nice and always have a great attitude. Cons: Limited Parking - This is by far most annoying thing to deal with, they have five parking spots that are for their suit. Even after hours when ALL the businesses are closed you still can't park under the "labeled" spots and have to walk. Long Wait - If you come here be ready to wait for about 30-60min. There is no express line, only call in order which also takes 30 minutes even if you have one item. Weak Deals: They never have good deals, it's just basic stuff that EVERY dispensary has. Nothing special about their deals, in fact, these are some of the cheapest deals in the valley. Meaning they are not good deals, I never come here for "deals" there are many places that offer way better deals on weekly bases and they change which makes it exciting. Wax & Flower Quality: Flower - The flower is ok, even when its the high-end stuff. I have never been impressed by the quality of the flower here, sometimes when I ask to smell some top shelf flower, it smells like grass. NO THANK YOU! Wax - No percentage on the potency of the wax. In conclusion, this place is alright. Nothing special, I live in between 3 dispensaries and they are all 10mi equally away from me. Can't say that I would choose them over other places.

I like the set but they have the worst flower I seen there all dry. I only went for my first time deal. not going back.

Been here a few times but I went in with my husband they told us we were not able to go back together per state mandate because of the pandemic. When I asked the receptionist she said you guys will probably end up back there together. I find “the state mandate” super hard to believe since every dispensary I been to has allowed he and I to go back together. We have the same germs. I WILL NOT GO BACK! And whoever the manger is sucks! Horrible communication skills. ✌🏾

Whoever packs the pre-rolls, stuffs them to tight. Most of the time they run & barely hit. I've been here 3 times recently, my first experience was great. The last 2, I had rude bud tenders but I still tipped. I hate that I have to do a cart on leafly before I come in because I can't visually see everything you guys have & we can't walk around. Its overwhelming every time I come here so I try to visit the least amount of times as possible. You guys are close to me which is why I'll continue to go here but y'all can do better.

extremely slow. owner got cheap and allowed only 3 registrars with a shop full of people. hilarious they state they can't keep up with the demand. lmfao. street dealers would like to say hello!!!!

Pretty decent been going here for years prices pretty stupid after rec came but needs work on your bud tending as in stock wise.. stop selling over priced weed that is trash and the bottom of the jars should go for cheaper trying to sell me shake at 16 a gram lol when I’m a customer wanting a nice oz or half oz don’t offer me shake at top shelf you clown don’t smile at me and say 280 a oz and show me a jar of shake work on your product your selling be honest about your product and stop trying to sell cheap shag weed for high tops

I come here alot. Yesterday was the first day I felt uncomfortable. I did an express order. Well Im not sure if it made the lady at the front desk irritated that I came a little early to pick it up. Or if me bringing my baby to pick it up bothered her. But when I went to leave she handed me my change and then just set the rest of my money on the counter and then also just put the bag on the counter and said have a nice day with a little attitude. I took it as really rude. And I could tell she was irritated with me for some reason. I really don't appreciate feeling like that coming to my favorite dispensary. I am still going to continue to come here all the time. But the older lady with glasses that helped me yesterday afternoon at the front desk should hand people there money and prpduct in their hands and not just set it on the counter so I have to scramble and struggle to pick it up. Just because she didnt want to hold it 2 seconds longer becaause I was struggling to put my change in my wallet.

The selling point is to go when they have a deal, but then find out that they charge you $2 for a bag thats MANDATORY in AZ Thats BS!! Of the Highest! Then Debit charge fee, plus Rec tax, you will still end up paying $31.xx for a $19 product on sale Go to truBLISS were they dont screw you. Green Pharms is Boof

Charging $2 for a state mandated bag is insane. Especially when the bag does not cost GreenPharms $2 to buy themselves. Profiting off of the bags is tacky and scummy.

unorganized... waited over the amount of time they said to wait. this used to be the spot... etc. be detailed when you guys run out of items... if I I didn't step down.. I'd be waiting until they have closed.

I'm a medical patient who has been trying to purchase the 1G distillate tank on happy hour special for $15 for over two months. I have made 8 visits in the past 45 days and every time I was told that it's not in stock because vendor had to re-design the tanks the product is in because they leaked. Odd that the Vapen brand which is always in stock but not included in the happy hour special is packaged in the same exact tank with no issues. That excuse seems odd. I spoke to a manager today with the first initial 'D' and he seemed irritated to speak to me and told me that if the vendor doesn't have it to order then it's out of their control. It continues to be advertised on special when they know it's not even available for order. They have not had this product in over two months and have no idea if and when it will become available again, but they continue to promote it on advertisements, WHY?? Prices and quality are great but when the manager tells me this has been a constant issue that he's heard customers complain about with no resolution makes me feel that they couldn't care less about all the customer concerns and complaints in reference to this issue. I'm not satisfied, and I get it because they don't really need my business but geez like that... . And that since the marketing team designs the fliers it's out of his hands and the customer, me just has to deal with the fact that for multiple months in a row and multiple visits in a row I haven't been able to order a happy hour special because it's not even available and instead of resolving the issue the manager just continued to come across irritated that I was having a conversation with him. This industry can be cutthroat and I get that but where's the customer service? DO NOT EXPECT THE HAPPY HOUR ITEMS TO BE IN STOCK!!!!!

Not run very well. System down and can’t take orders over the phone.

Going here today for my 5 dollar pre roll and get some house made edibles, this place is awesome, I highly recommend.
