Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

During this insane time, this dispensary is holding it down on point! As a customer, my job is simply to be patient while they figure it out and I have to say they're doing a great job. They're clear and concise and friendly. Remember folks, EXACT CHANGE. Be responsible for your part in the transaction. :)

Very small shop 'front and back' is elbow to elbow. Wear a mask and bring hand sanitizer Good flower and products! just make sure they get your order correct and hand it to the right person. Have had several instances of wrong bag from online order and had to wait for redo and product was gone by then. note: after the second mishap GP tossed in a free pre-roll but I had to ask. thank you for that. Also check the deals because they will not tell you "hey this one is not on DEAL", in same category. It will be that you find out on the way home... it would be nice if you let patients know if something not on deal before they pay and leave. thanks

security earned, security here is trash and will not let you in to pick up your phone order. so many more quality dispensaries around don't waste your time or money here

5 stars all around. I just moved here from Detroit, where I previously had my med card. First dispensary I've gone to in AZ and I am absurdly happy with everything. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and awesome (they even laugh at my horrible jokes!) And the product is better than any dispo I frequented in Michigan. I'm in love. :)

csnt beat the service and meds love it ...

This is suppose to be a medical marijuana establishment this muffd with my ptsd. It was way to loud and over crowded. just way to much traffic. I felt like I was doing something illegal. and they have a strain called Cherry pie and its clearly not. to any knowledgeable Patient you can tell it was Grandaddy purp. the Meds definitely are not Medical Grade.

Favorite place to go. Great products and great people.

Service sucks

I was sold very old concentrates. It was a bogo but they make it look like a holiday special. I would not have been upset if you told me you were unloading your expired products at a discount. But don’t make me think I’m coming home with some good live resin and the I find out you sold me product that’s 6 mo old!

I used to go here for 2 years. 1st time back since Quarantine. I've been reading the reviews and I think its apparent. that was a real stress test and Greenpharms failed. the deli style feature is gone. as the reviews say, trim and stems are par. the grass that is good, they buy else where. the positive reviews are for prerolls. the employees get a pre roll too for reviews. there's a big file next to the register with "86'd patients". when asked the lady said that's people not allowed in any more. I think that says something to the customer. like if you ain't careful you'll be 86'd. Love ya, Appreciate ya. I'm really let down. which is ok. I mean a different store stole away this customer, and Im happy with the change. in summation: 0 stars for quality. I literally could buy this weed anywhere else. I assume brand loyalty keeps customers, that's a factor in my personal let down. it's a shame to see something you like lose itself. 0 stars for service. some employees are ok and some are rude, or high and trying to maintain, thereby appearing rude. there has been high turnover of staff for as long as I've been a regular. I cant contradict the extraordinary amount of poor service reviews since the quarantine. 0 stars for atmosphere. understandably its pertinent to the situation that less surfaces should be exposed to reduce transmission. however. it is sterile and shockingly bare. bereft of heart and soul. and the 86'd patients thing. it's a definite visual representation of how much good they have lost. I look forward to my pre roll for this review!

don't purchase their $20 eighths dry stems just trash....

So I get the early bird special every once in a while. My bud tender today gave me suspicious vibes while I was looking at edibles and he weighed my stuff, the little dreadlock white dude. I went home and weighed my 4 grams (they enter it at 4.1 to the state) for it to be only 3.94. And then the “floor lead” said, “well your scales not the best and we do our best to make sure we’re correct” do our best????? Lol! Weigh your stuff y’all. They will rip you off even to the slightest. Wish I could get my $2 back out of your jar since you could smile in my face and rob me all in the same motion.

Nice looking dispensary, lots to choose from. Their first patient special is good but their nugz are just alright. Please test your strains, I hate wasting money and half the bud I got from you was alright, the other half did nothing for me. If I would have know the latter was weaker I would have gotten a half ounce of the first stuff.

Terrible customer service . As if the employees don’t even want to be there or work there . Don’t come here , they don’t care .

This place is garbage. Ive tried multiple times and continue to have the worst experience in this place. Employees are rude and the wait is unreal. Im never coming back, there are plenty of quality locations around.

Great visit, I did pickup through the Leafly site and when I arrived I was walking away with my order in less than 5 min

the trimmer wasn’t happy and it seemed like he had something better to do. There’s a lot of dispensaries in the valley, this ones a NO for me based on service.

I like the selection but the customer service is lacking. Most employees seem like they do not want to be there each time I go in, and they make it a bit obvious. Wish their customer service could be better and this would be a good spot.

The fact that they are selling shake for 45 an eighth is reason enough not to come to this place anymore.

Green Pharms no doubt has some of the best product available, but unfortunately undoubtedly has the worst staff I have encountered in the MMJ industry and I will no longer be giving them by business after waiting over 4 hours for a delivery order with absolutely no effort made by the staff to make up for this. Total lack of customer service. Extremely disappointed to have to find a new location to purchase my medicine.

So ordered 2 KIND carts, first time here so BOGO right? I get home and half of one of the carts is missing? No cap on mouth piece and half the product gone? I know the guy told me they were slower but come on.. how fo you charge someone 50 bucks and give half of what they were supposed to get. I have been buying KIND carts now for a while and have never had a cap missing and half the cart also missing... FYI this place is fishy...
