Greenside Recreational - Des Moines

Pretty sure one if the managers is named Danny. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and for me the best part is he is a FISHERMEN! Nothing like bs'ing about good tokes and talking fishing. I'll be back just to shoot the sh!t with him! But of course he'll have something new that will melt my face off that I'll end up going home with! Anything grown by fireline for instance...cherry pie or alien rock candy has been unbelievable.

My first time there was really bad.. Some tall dude with five chains nd a beenie Jonathan was his name gave me a sativa instead of a dominate indica. he tried to sell me something i didnt like nd before i purchased it i complained..clerk was more of a relief

Loved this place me and my girl stayed in Tacoma it was our fav place to go.

Fresh weed. Great service.

Got some decent flower with great service from the staff... my only complaint was I was blocked in by another customer in their parking lot when trying to leave.

GreenSide is in such a convenient location right there on 99 in Des Moines. They always have great suggestions for what I'm looking for and are very informative. Every employee seems to really enjoy being there. Even the men at the door are all always so happy.

This place is the bomb.com Great ppls and knowledge. I love their variety and they have a price point for everyone.

A bit to industrial for my tastes, but clean. Staff is very friendly, but the line system they have has to go. Figure out how to do proper stop loss and sell it like any other store. Worst thing here, and I understand it is common across the WA industry, is the prices. Recreational prices are DOUBLE what medical costs. Blaming the taxes is fine, but then it should be 35% more, not 100%. This customer gouging means that when there is more competition, the customers WILL remember and vote with their pocket-books. As it is, the cost of getting the medical card is more than covered by this huge markup, so the better route I will be taking until recreational market prices come into the land of the realistic.

I go here all the time. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the goods they sell. Usually I have them pick me out something because they usually know what is the best. There is also plenty of parking and also you can get in and out of the store without having to wait forever.

I just had a great experience here, I was short a couple bucks and the manager, I think his name was Josh, gave me a couple bucks to buy my gram for the day. thanks guys keep up the good work and the positive vibes!! KKB!

Being a new customer and not knowing anything about marijuana I was a bit nervous going to Greenside Recreational. My concerns were quickly overcome with how well this shop is organized and run! Upon entering the building you present your id to a friendly security guard. No big deal! You can then browse through the supplies in the front of the store. At the back of the store is where the marijuana is sold. Kind of reminds me of being in line at a bank. They have glass counters setup with a person that actually sells you the product. The few times I have been to Greenside, I have been met by a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales people (bud tender). Not pushy or rude at all! They answered all my questions, educated me, and got me all setup to enjoy the my first experience with marijuana! They have kits that have everything you need to get started! This was great! Over the last few weeks, I have been back to Greenside to try more of their extensive product line and my experience has been outstanding! WOW folks, I strongly recommend Greenside Recreational!

easy to get to..in and out!!!

So, I went in here because I tend to leave everything at home, this place was close to my destination. I grabbed a preroll and a cheap pipe. Nice people, nice interior, nice security. All the important stuff was awesome! Was in and out rather quickly which was awesome. My only "complaint" if you could even call it that (because seriously is it that big of a deal) Ok rephrase, the only thing that I really noticed that made me go "huh, interesting" was the detached parking lot. Minor detail, no huge deal. I would definitely come in again! Everyone was awesome!

Big time store with big time selection. Staff is friendly, and doesn't seem to rush you despite the long line. Atmosphere could use work.

This place is the best place ever, great customer service and everyone is amazing! Super knowledgeable individuals and they treat everyone like a family! Great product as well!

A few things make this place awesome, starting with the staff. They're just as knowledgable as they are kind, and they always seem to genuinely care about what I'm looking for instead of just making me feel like I'm shoved out the door. The selection is constantly changing but they also keep an amazing variety of strains as well as concentrates and edibles. I will definitely be returning.
