The response to online ordering is phenomenal. I received a text that my order was received, and another when it was filled and that I could pick it up. No hassle whatsoever. I generally order in person either when I have questions, or want to ask questions about new products. A good experience either way.

I love the store and the people, however I am tired of buying butters and badder that are almost liquid and messy to deal with and there's no way of knowing if it will be pepper consistency as they are all labeled the same no matter what. You can not see the product first so you end up wasting money. Didn't use to be this way, butters were always more solid but now it's up the air what you'll get.
They let you make an order online and say they have everything in your order and give you a price. Then when you get there, they don’t have all your items and you can’t change your order at the drive-through window further inconveniencing you.
