They let you make an order online and say they have everything in your order and give you a price. Then when you get there, they don’t have all your items and you can’t change your order at the drive-through window further inconveniencing you.
I was disappointed to learn that I was unable to use my birthday discount. Because I was a recreational customer and not a medical customer. I was out of town on my birthday and the email stated. I had until the ninth to use my discount. And when I tried to use it today. I was told that I couldn't use it after all. I had to use it on the day of my birthday.
Had to "ding" the review for not keeping an item in my cart that I had placed after hours the night before I picked it up. I was looking forward to trying that strain for its pain dampening properties during my chemo treatments.
I love this place!! This time I was disappointed in the product. The Peach Cescendo from Sunmed tasted terrible. Smelled good. It honestly made me wish I had went with something else because I don’t even want to smoke it.
