Customer Service is Excellent!!! The Staff there are so Knowledgeable and Professional!!! I was slightly apprehensive my first time...until I got in the back and experienced my first consultation. [Could not have asked for a more Patient or Knowledgeable person.] I am so Grateful for such wonderful assistance and direction...I could not have gotten this far Physically or Emotionally, and done so well without such wonderful people to work with me!!! I have been to plenty of other dispensaries, and NONE of them compare to the Solomon's one!!! The staff brighten my day in just conversation. They know my allergies and help me stay safe, plus they know I can't have high amounts of lym. in my strain and they make sure I get the right stuff!!!! I feel like I am walking into a friend's place not a business . It's amazing!!! won't go anywhere else again!!!!!
The staff are wonderful they are friendly, caring, kind, also a great sense of humor. Walk in and feel like you have known the staff for years really great place.
I alway's have a good experience with greenwave. I've been a long time customer. The drive through is awesome for me, because of a disability walking is difficult.
I love being able to pick up from the drive thru, and not just because of the virus, but also because my anxiety! But the few times I've been inside everything is very clean and the staff are all so amazing and nice! They really know their weed, I've been given so much useful advice. And even tho you gotta do the counter dance right now, they make sure to speak loudly and clearly, which is actually something I super appreciate because years of loud concerts have taken their toll on my ear drums.
I definitely don't know everyone there, but every person has just been so sweet, and helpful. I really enjoy going to this dispensary.
This is my go-to dispensary. All of the staff seem very happy to be there which turns into great customer service. The selection of products is just what someone like myself needs as well. I absolutely love this place and I’m glad it’s the local dispo here!
