GrowHealthy - Orlando

The wait time was excessive and my order was incorrect. The process seems inefficient; maybe consider coming out with multiple orders instead of back and forth —also maybe promote canpay so wait times are lower. For my first time I’m not gonna rush back.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. I don’t think these people understand the quality of customer service. Always have smart comments about your order and there famous for saying delivery and pick up is priority, but I’ve ordered MULTIPLE times at 9 in the morning and they say they haven’t even seen my order til almost close. Sometimes even the day after I order. Then I drive about 30 miles to find out they don’t even have what I ordered. No phone call , no nothing. Then they just act like nothing even happened. I actually was super confused why I didn’t get a text all day. So I called getting closer to closing to make sure they wouldn’t cancel my order , but when I called and told him the situation. He didn’t even ask my name , patient number. Nothing. He just had a super attitude filled “ If you didn’t get the text it’s not ready” so I call the next morning to find out it was ready the day before and their system had glitched, so that’s the reason I didn’t receive a text. The most recent time I was there I received an email and text stating my order was ready. FOR BOTH STRAINS I ORDER. so come to find out when I get there, Apparently they sold out of the one I really wanted. The guy who was taking care of me asked this one guy next to him if there was any left. And the one co worker said he think he saw one in the back. And as the guy was going to check this girl that ALWAYS has attitude(next time I will definitely get the name), goes to him with another attitude fulfilled statement “ IF ITS NOT ON THE PAPER YOU CANT SELL IT”. ... okay. But i ordered it when it was on the paper. So I didn’t get what the issue was. I only keep coming here because of quality. But it’s going to be really hard to convince myself to go there again after my most recent time there. Especially since it’s a 45 min drive from home as well.

upscale feeling but very comfortable, the presentation and displays are very well done. Everyone was friendly, customer service was outstanding, G was very informative and helped me understand each section, Steve was also very helpful with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this dispensary

The entire staff here is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all the products they have available. I was placed with Edge , such a nice person! Answered all my questions in regards to their products with knowledgeable answers and had great customer service. Quality products so far . happy and eager for upcoming expansions. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys (:

My experience with GrowHealthy was amazing. Alex was really knowledgeable about all of the products and even suggested some smart buys that save me some money. So far every product a try to spot on. Can’t wait to go back!

Best experience I’ve ever had in a Florida dispensary. The atmosphere is classy and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And top notch products!

I like the quality of the products here and have been quite a few times but the wait can get long. I placed a pick up order and I have to wait in the same line as the walk in's even though my orders been packaged and ready for hours. I would suggest 2 queues to keep the line down.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if you actually want to receive it. Placed an order at noon today; never got a pick up text so I called at 5pm just so Matt (? He mumbled) could tell me they are all sold out of what I ordered. Idk if this is protocol at every dispensary, Grow Healthy or not, but what’s the point of ordering online if you’re basically left to claim the scraps of the walk ins all day?! Very disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

Where are the indices. I have severe pain management issues which causes depression. A potent indica flower is what works best for me. Lately, all Growhealthy has featured are sativas with an occasional hybrid. The pandemic has made matters worse because I can't look to other dispensaries for the relief I need. Step it Growhealthy!!!

Jade was super delightful & very helpful w/me. I feel it also helped tht I went in there fully knowing what I wanted & tht was much easier! Their scanners weren't working properly & had to hand key in all the product codes etc., & it took a tad longer but Jade made it pleasant. I got some swagg for my patients! *• patience pays off! •* We Love the white paper bags, no plastic BS. I've been to a few other places, & Grow Healthy is by far my fave on product & presentation. I really love their product & the names are neat.🥇 .:Rah:.

The Orlando location is the first GrowHealthy location I've been to and it was perhaps the most comfortable dispensary in the state. The decor and the feel is very feng shui. The set up of the displays makes for easy presentation and accessibility to the patient. The knowledge and service of the staff, especially Carlos was exceptional. The overall experience was top shelf, just like the quality of the flower I picked up. Thanks for a local dispensary, can't wait for more strains to try.

THERE IS A VAPE & PIPE/RIG SHOP NEXT DOOR. Grand Opening day was great after going to multiple soft openings! Amazing product, staff, location, store design, and deals. My go to.

They need to hire more people and the people that make orders by phone they should have their thinks ready and not make them wait when they asked u for id number and date of brith

I've gone 3x already and every time they have a lot of choices- -I like the Wookie Girl, Bubba Kush, 99 Problems, and Citral Glue distillates, so far. The dispensary is very clean and organized and opened til 9pm everyday. G, Harold, Daysha, and Steve usually help me and are knowledgeable and friendly. They def got a repeat customer.

I really enjoyed my 1st visit to this dispensary. Staff was nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Looking forward to the grand opening in July and already loving there specials and discounts. This will be my go to location. Open til 9:00...... very nice. I would recommend for sure.

I thought it was a beautiful, my first visit and the service was fantastic. The manager, G, was very helpful, and guided me throughout.

Waited over 40 minutes for a pick up order! I arrived outside & there wasn't another car/person anywhere in sight. I followed their call-in procedure & had to sit there while car after car pulled up & got their orders. No one cared. I guess buddies, friends & family go to the head of the line. Then the one who "said" he was a manager didn't even check my card. No one did. Isn't that against the law, Growhealthy??

Highly recommend. Only flaw is size of the pre rolled. Great service (Edge is awesome) and atmosphere. Very clean and well balanced.

Highly disappointed in ability to follow through on their end. If you say it will be ready in x amount of time, do it maybe? Time to find a new dispensary.

I love this location. I all but stopped going to another dispensary, but Grow Healthy doesn't alwayd carry what I need. I do enjoy their CO2 vape carts. Their daily specials and discounts are awesome. And the staff is highly knowledgeable and are very friendly. I highly recommend Grow Healthy.

Not a big selection yet but they have really good distillates & some pretty dank flower. Especially White 99. Bring back 1g syringes please?
