Absolutely horrible experience I would recommend every other dispensary but this one in Orlando, a horrible selection, but more than anything the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. You will be much better served at any other location in Orlando they’ve been wonderful for the most part. I dealt with Jade and she was the most unhelpful and rude employee I’ve ever dealt with at a dispensary and was a horrible representative of the company. Closing the doors 15 minutes before closing can’t be company policy. I took a Lyft over an hour back and forth only for them to make a mistake at the counter by putting my order under the wrong customer. Instead of fixing it they told me they didn’t have time to fix my profile before 9pm it was 8:45 when I arrived and 8:55 when I walked out leaving them plenty of opportunity to do the right thing. I took pictures with time stamps to verify if the management would like to see them because they should certainly address this.

Place was very nicely done, very nice clean feel to the place. In a strip mall setting so parking may be an issue when they are super busy. No flower until grand opening, but had a huge selection of everything else. Mike the manager was really cool, and pretty dam funny too! Steve, maybe Scott (sorry don't judge. lol) helped me and handled every question, let me take my time and I walked out with a pretty good deal for first time there. Looking forward to going back for the grand opening if its not too crazy

Wow. What a professional staff with extensive knowledge on their stock and strains. DJ, HB, and Steve helped me! It was a quick process and it was just what I needed. Everyone was just so friendly!

I’ve been here half a dozen times and have to say that I will NOT be going back again. Like these very few companies we have in FL aren’t making enough money, hire some more damn staff member! I’ve sat on average 35-40 minutes each time with 3-5 people always in the lobby which is completely unacceptable for a business trying to make more money. They have great discounts and pretty decent product though. I always seem to have some type of issue with this company on each of purchases. (Menu not updated, delivery service taking 6 days to deliver, very long waits etc.) This place has a lot of work to do. Disappointed....

I came into Growhealthy on 6/30/19.This was my first time at the Orlando location and I arrived with 2 of my family members who were interested in becoming patients and wanted information. Starting at check-in, we received a warm welcome from the girl at the desk.Then shortly after my name was called and I was able to purchase. Steve the manager and G were both friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I do not live in Orlando, but whenever I visit I'll be sure to always stop by. They're truly one of my favorite dispensaries 😁🤗

The store is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Jade, Toni, and G were on staff today; and all 3 took time to say hi and ask about my morning. Great selection of products, the staff took their time to ensure quality care, and great music choice. Anytime I'm in Orlando I will be getting some distillate!

Finally found a place with good flower!!!

Was a long wait but also first time patient and dealing with covid outbreak but they doing it the best and safest way I think around orlando. But very happy with what I got, probably the best flower you can get in Florida. Darrin’s doing it right with Grow Healthy

The first time I visited I called and placed an order over the phone. I confirmed it and was on my way as I live an hr away. About halfway into my drive I received a call saying that they didn't have what I ordered. I spoke to a manager and he assured me he would make it right which he did. I got there, place is great and I was in and out in about 15 min. Product was great. The second time that I was going to order Detroit told me it that the product was out and to call back around 6 and that they should have some by then. I did as I was told only to be told by Jade that Detroit had given me the wrong information and I should have called back around 1 or 2 because they were sold out now. I understand the demand for the product is high and that they can't control it selling out but getting the wrong information twice in a row is extremely frustrating.

The product is top-notch, but you'll pay more than any other dispo in the area for it. Employees like Edge and Q make shopping there an absolute pleasure, but employees like Eeevee will cause you to never come back.

Horrible. Placed an order a day ahead. Received a message that it was ready to pick up so I proceeded to the facility. Arrived and called the provided number and told them I was here. The lady on the phone told me that i was all set and someone would visit me at my car when it was my turn. “Shortly” she said. Going on 2HOURS LATER. I call back to find out I WAS LIED TO AND NEVER EVEN ADDED TO THEIR LIST. This is my anxiety medicine. I have severe panic attacks. This whole interaction sent me deep into one.. and obviously I was without medicine. Horrible.

The folks that work at grow healthy are all extremely nice. It’s a pleasure to be in the shop. The only negative here is that they just don’t have much stock on hand. I’d like to have a choice when it comes to cartridges. Hopefully, that will change in the near future. Grow healthy rocks.

Everything from the waiting room to the display room it is beautiful. The flower quality is amazing but I do have one stipulation. I was a first time patient and purchased 3 types of flower one of which being the “birds of paradise” strain but was not impressed with how small the buds were, also the amount of bare random stems in the product. You can tell from the small buds that the quality is there however I was disappointed I’m paying for bare stems in the 1/8 as well. The other two strains, “stardog” and “bubba kush” the quality was phenomenal and not many scraps amongst the buds. The two gentlemen Chris and Mark that helped me were very informative and professional (I’m not sure if I remembered their names correctly lol!)

Today was my first time to visit grow healthy!! From the phone call with my questions to arriving to purchase my product, I felt at ease and completely comfortable. G was awesome and knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Thank you for a great experience!!

Wanted to get around to all the dispensaries before I left a review to make sure I had a good picture. The first place I went was GrowHealthy and I’ve been coming back ever since. I personally feel they have the best distillate and the best flower in the state. AMAZING products!!! The staff is fantastic and the store is designed perfectly. Traffic is atrocious around there but they’re still the closest to me. For flower I always get nice big nugs never any shake or small popcorn nugs. I haven’t seen any specials lately or received any texts but when they do I will be stocking up mainly from them just have to get the prices down a little since the daily specials have been erased. Thanks for everything GrowHealthy.
