Terrible pickup process. They need to get their act together. Waited wayyy too long for a simple pickup order. Manager could care less.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you pre order just so you can eliminate the wait. This falls on management to re-evaluate their process.

The employees at this dispensary are in no hurry. They don’t seem to care about other people waiting. When you come in it takes an hour even if there’s just four or five people waiting. And now if you order online you have to pick up through drive-through and it takes an hour and a half to get through...still. They don’t offer carry out service. If they didn’t have some of the better product in the area I would never come back here, ever. They really need to take a look at who they have employed there. Tired of leaving their pissed off. But if you have at least an hour to blow then this is your place!

Really great customer service! Prior to today I had been using a different dispensary, but being as this one is closer I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. Jonika and Leonne were so helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. Thank you so much ladies 😊

After reading great reviews I made the drive from Palm Harbor over to Grow Healthy Brandon. I was not disappointed! From the moment I stepped inside I was warmly greeted by the girl at the front desk. Jimmy, the manager, patiently chatted with me giving great product recommendations. They have the highest quality flower I've found in FL with many unique strain choices not found in other dispensaries. Jimmy and Ian treated me like a friend. They gave great advice and made sure I got the best products for the best deal. Thanks again for making the 1hr drive well worth it! I look forward to visiting again in the near future!

when they opened they were very friendly. now they don't care and they make you wait up to 2 days. they will have good products but they are not the only ones Very bad customer service. Very bad.

I placed an order which was ready well after an hour . I went to Brandon from Riverview and still had to wait over 30 mins to just pick up my order. Nice place and staff but they need to work on orders and set a separate place for pick ups. They can learn from MUV who handles express orders and walk in separately and are great at it and fast. I will try delivery next time as wait time is ridiculous otherwise a OK place

Great people, great products.

Got my temporary card in my email today and headed right out for my first legit Florida dispensary visit to Grow Healthy. I have to say I was impressed. First off, it just blows my mind that I can actually do this legally and without consequence. Second, I was super impressed by the knowledge and vibe of Janika. She guided me through the various selections and I enjoyed chatting with her about everything. She was super helpful. I left with 2 carts (99 problems and Bubba Kush) and a few pre-rolls (Ghostdog OG). Went home, blazed up, and the quality was unmistakable. Can’t wait to go back and grab more goodies’

Hands down the best quality of flower and oils!!! The staff is so awesome as well. The only complaint I have is keep the flower in stock consistently before opening more stores, it gets annoying seeing them opening and watching our supplies drop for months! And not a complaint but a suggestion, bring us some crumble and shatter!!!

Warning: check your flower size before you pay. Paid for 3 1/8s (50 a pc) and got tiny nugs. Asked to be refunded the difference and was told to call customer service.

One person outside alone working both drive through lanes and a lane wrapped around the building.. get your employees some help!! I feel terrible for this guy!!

Flipping through these reviews I saw a couple that called into question the prices at GrowHealthy being too high and their business practices. All I can think of is, these are competitors or friends of the competition. NOW, let's get real, first, their prices are competitive with EVERY dispensary in the Tampa area. Second, the people working there are wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable. Third, the product itself is excellent, a wide variety of strains to pick from. This dispensary has quickly moved to my favorite (they are all good), all because their Quality - Service - Atmosphere are the best.

DON’T LIE to your customer...I drove 30 minutes to get to you to be told I would not get the discount that JIMMY told me I would get. Thank you to Muv, One Plant and others on doing right by the customer. My original order was for 200 I said I would like to add to that order, at that time I found out I would not get the 25% off so I dropped my order down to two items which was $100. I planned on spending over 200. Stupid says what...

Didn’t like that I had to wait a hour after being told 20 mintues. Could’ve literally got things done in that hour. Never going back.

I love their products, mostly over priced. But great quality. Today I placed an order with the person at Brandon location because they had more things on the menu then leafy would let you order I was told they would hold it for me until my name came up and it was in stock and then they would send me my confirmation. Never got a confirmation and when I called back they didn’t hold it for me and everything was gone. I’m disappointed because there is an issue every time I try to purchase their products.

You know I thought this would be a great dispensary the first time I went in the stock was slim but everything was so nice clean friendly staff ect no complaints there but you know what that was months ago I have yet to be able to use my second visit coupon because you never have stock if I try to order online it never fails it’s canceled and sold out if I come in person sold out I’m sorry but this is not a dependable place I’ll stick with my others.

Greta product but horrible customer service as well as their time management. No one seems to care how long people wait and uninformed staff makes it even worse.
