Service was on point !

First and foremost, i placed an order during a 35% off sale of cartridge and tincture. TBH, did the pickup service for the first time and it was NOT a good experience, my anxiety kicked in because there were so many people waiting as well. The pickup service gives you no ETA of when the order is ready. It took them over 4 hours (I live over 10 miles away). I think GH should have prepared better.

This is the best dispensary I have been to period. I just got my medical card and they were extremely helpful in helping me make a great decision. Joseph and Ian are pros at their job. Joseph takes his time gives personal experience and own opinion on everything. The best flower thus far. Highly recommended to visit if you are in need of Good product and great customer service.

Joseph and Harlia are wonderful to work with. This is the best dispensary!! Everyone is so friendly and their entire team seems to work so well together. Every time I have come in, everyone is smiling, laughing and happy to be there. I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend Grow Healthy. Once I found Grow Healthy, I have never gone any where else. THIS is the place to be for all your cannabis needs!! :)

From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated excellent. Ian and Harliawere a big help choosing which strain Was right for me. Even got a cool hat thanks guys!

I have been to this location several times, always friendly and helpful. Last visit Kerri was my budtender. She did an awesome job helping me chose the right medicine.

The wait sucks but it’s always worth it.

Can not believe after weeks of waiting for flower that the Jilly Bean is stringy and not even popcorn as those are nuggets. Very unhappy that you would even sell it and I needed flower badly. Otherwise customer service 10 stars

I don't understand why I have to wait 1/2 a day or longer for my small orders. Every dispensary that I have been to gives you product within minutes after you order.

Everything about this place is awesome. MK was extremely knowledgeable and professional when helping me select my products. Everyone else was kind and welcoming as well. The products themselves are top tier.

Quite a drive for me, but worth driving past other dispensaries to shop. All around high quality from staff to stuff. The 25% off the first visit got me through the door, but my experience and product will have me going back for more (that rhymed btw :) ).

Always good information, super friendly people and a wide selection (when in stock). The only thing I can ding them on is the lack of regular availability of flower. Used to be pretty regular, now, not so much. Thank God for Leafly!

This was my first time going to this dispensary & to be honest i had such a great time . The crew was amazing, the employee that helped me was Jonesy & she made me feel so welcomed, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m definitely going back for sure .

Staff was very professional and answered all my questions very thoroughly and their flour products are amazing I highly recommend 99 problems strain It’s very uplifting and creative sativa strain . They also have a lot of other varieties as well that you should look into highly recommend five-star place💯

I had a great experience at my first visit to grow healthy. First, the Brandon location is a very nice clean roomy dispensary. Myself as husband had our choice of rooms to wait. Though, we did not wait long. Second customer service is great! Jonica's greeting was all smiles. She continued to smile and was helpful. Exceptional customer service. Don't expect them to offer a lot of info on strains really. They told me to look it up on Leafly. Either way I was not disappointed. Liking forward to my next visit!
