I have shopped here for 3 years now and love the place.... Except for a horrid experience today. I asked for a vape CARTRIDGE and received a dab SYRINGE (of a completely different brand than I asked for as well). Budtender DID NOT show me the item before bagging it so I could confirm it was correct, and I did not notice I had the wrong item till I walked outside. The manager said all sales are final and wouldnt even see me themselves. I have no dab rig and no way to use the syringe in any way- I am left with a worthless 50$ dab syringe and a feeling of being fleeced by a quick change artist (swap dollar bills for different concentrate products)

It was my first time and wanted cataract kush and instead had gotten a different strain. It was way out of my area and couldn't backtrack to change it. As a first time patient I expected more but got less. The buds were good-wish it matched the service.
