great flower and prices, nice customer service, but need a better system for when people are standing outside, waiting in line then others rush in and get helped way before someone standing in line over 30 minutes, people in line 5 minutes get helped first for being line jumpers and rude!

ADDENDUM: Forgot the quality of the leaf products. UNLIKE MOST I have received from downtown & 'the' places to go, the Green Halo gives me FRESH to the point of getting my fingers sticky (I use my teeth to get that part!). I have gotten some at ridiculous prices that burned so hot it made our throats sore. They get no more business - Green Halo only

Great fast service and everyone is friendly and considerate

Halo phone message states they would prefer you to place order on Leafly well every time I try I'm unable to add to cart. When I call them I'm told they don't turn on the online feature until noon. Well it's well past noon. The time is actually 1:46 pm and guess what the online feature still isn't on. I call again wait on hold for 5 minutes before asked how I can be helped and still wasn't given an answer. Don't waste your time with this place.

LINE AROUND THE BUILDING. slowest service I’ve ever had. Then while waiting in line I called to make sure they had the things I needed in stock and the guy said “I guess so, wait in line and see” blown away. Even D2 that rips you off with cash is nicer then these “professionals”. How about you walk outside and start taking orders and getting your stuff together. This is 2020 hurry up and learn a couple things.

halo's staff are always super nice and helpful. the daily deals are amazing. I stop here once a week at least :-)

Even with all that’s going on wait times are as fast as possible and it’s always worth the wait. The guy outside handling the pagers always has recommendations on product and is real cool to talk to while waiting in line

Can't order for pick up on Green Halo site. Tried multiple times

Drove far out there and wasn’t much of a selection compared to what they advertise on the menu for medical Monday. The lady getting the items was not much help. Got a few items but was a disappointment

The product here is far superior to most Tucson dispensaries and worth the drive if you live far. Fun, attentive, educated crew, great surrounding. The only place I'll use from now on!
