I really like the staff here, they are professional and friendly. My one gripe is their inventory. They run out of products and seems to take a long time to refill products. A lot of my friends have had to travel to Tucson.

I come here once every two weeks from Tucson because the flower is ridiculously good, that's how much I like this place. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes great quality flower and rosin.

It’s kind of small but quiet and friendly the staff is awesome , They got nice classic music playing in the lobby ,my only downside was the product of the flower wasn’t all that great for being there top shelf.

I’m a new patient and this was my first time buying medical marijuana...this experience was awesome. I decided to try Hana after searching Leafly and seeing their menu and reviews and being impressed with both. Even after a family member suggested other locations based on their personal experiences, I still decided to go with Hana, and I’m so glad I did. The Hana crew ran a tight ship providing curbside service (because covid) and they were super polite and efficient. They only take cash, but they offered to escort me inside to use their ATM. The whole process was super fast and efficient and the staff was really friendly. The product is excellent too, and well worth the (gorgeous) 1.5 hour drive from my house. I’m definitely making this my regular spot. Thanks, Hana crew!

Love this staff. I've been going to Hana since their first year here. So glad Dutchies are back! And that they've had $30 Sundays, which I hope they will keep doing! To me that is fair for this product.

great meds at a good price, however your staff turnover is an issue that doesn't seem to be getting better. hope you see the value in consistency with customer service reps soon.

I have been going to Hana for 3 years and it is a very good dispensary. Great customer service and wonderful people. However, the quality of their flower has really fallen off as they have been building their in-house brands. This is very problematic for me since I only buy flower, but I hear wonderful things about their products. I'll be finding a new dispensary, but Hana will be hard to beat.

The bud tenders are the best they can always find strains to manage my needs highly recommend❤

Amazing staff and amazing service. The products are unbeatable and the prices are some of the best in Arizona. Olen, Tom, Jill, Mandy, Lori, Bev, Bob, Daniel, Mike, Carlos Chris and any of the other staff I missed are some of the most competent, helpful and professional people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. 10/10 a hundred times over.
