Hana - Green Valley (Med/Rec)

This place is fantastic! The strains, the people, the deals are all awesome. I don't really go anywhere else anymore. I have actually been to both places, locations. Kingman is just as good.

I love the staff and I love the products. I do however wish they'd join the rest Tucson in adjusting their prices. With the market transitioning to where it is headed there is room for improvement woth Hana Meds pricing. Almost all dispensaries in town offer value packs that pack a powerful punch to the patient but not on their budget. I feel Hana can dp better on offering this same love to its patients out here in Green Valley. I get ypu are the only one out here but come on! Bless your people with the love they can get elsewhere!

I've been to every dispensary in Tucson atleast once and this is my go to store! I love the stuff, the product, the service! These guys have been good to me for 2 years now!

The car servers are really nice and the variety of product is enough to keep me interested and coming back for more.

Made order and gave me price and get there and they said it's $43 more witch made no sense. Only would give $20 off of my original price. Said it was recreation tax but gave 2 prices. Even they had no clue what happened. Confused.

was apart of the original grandfather deal and only used it once and jst cause its been awhile sense I've been there fpr awhile they can't do it when I was told a manager could over ride the deal that I was originally given sad horrible service as well not friendly I wouldn't ever recommend this location they are so unprofessional nobody even tried seeing about the deal I was originally given

It’s kind of small but quiet and friendly the staff is awesome , They got nice classic music playing in the lobby ,my only downside was the product of the flower wasn’t all that great for being there top shelf.

I Love Hana for my Meds. Jill has done a Great job completely 👍🏻. I always like to tip whom ever is so graciously helping me. I was bummed when I found out you can’t tip anymore. I have been going to Hana for 3 years and it is a very good dispensary. Great customer service and wonderful people. However, the quality of their flower has really fallen off as they have been building their in-house brands. This is very problematic for me since I only buy flower, but I hear wonderful things about their products. I'll be finding a new dispensary, but Hana will be hard to beat.

great meds at a good price, however your staff turnover is an issue that doesn't seem to be getting better. hope you see the value in consistency with customer service reps soon.

For the last few times I've ordered only once my order was confirmed. I don't know what the problem is but it is beginning to mess with the outlook I have of this location. It just sucks that I have to go without due to incompetence or maybe I don't qualify as a priority patient. Weekend without medicating. Very disappointed.

I was trying to get directions or an address but I was told my order had been picked up so my chat was ended. I live 100 miles away so I don’t want to drive unless I know where I am going and that someone didn’t steal it
