Love the staff. Appreciate extra measures to keep us safe from covid19. Don't understand, though, why if I placed online order, I had to stand in line outside for 45 minutes. In addition, they got my order wrong. I wish they would have opened it in my presence to confirm the order as other dispensaries do.

Clean building, nice staff, good random BOGO deals, great FTP deal on Mondays, some budtenders ate hit or miss but overall I am well satisfied.

This place is the bomb they have absolutely the best new patient deals and daily deals that outrank all other dispensarys I've been to!!!

The girls who work the front desk at this location are awesome but the store never has what they’re advertise: in the last month I’ve been in here four times to get their advertise deal and three of the four times they tell me it’s out the deal I’m in there for todays deal on a Friday that started on Friday today and last Friday Saturday and Sunday at all locations and Guess what all locations are 100% out of the deal but guess what they have a lot of full priced junk flower on hand ready to sell you ...save your money save your time go somewhere else harvest is known as the joke of cheap weed in all of Arizona

I went to Harvest HOC in Chandler for some Flourish honey & was impressed with the amazing service I received! The whole experience was positive; from the kind women @ the front desk to my amazing bud-tender, Rocky! You could tell the employees at this location really go the extra mile for their patients! Rocky was super friendly and informative, he took the time to make sure I was truly satisfied w my purchase. I walked out w a big smile, and will be back/will recommend this location to my friends! Thank you for all that you do!

Came in today for my scratcher turn-in (I had won a 1 cent 1/4th), everyone was very friendly and I was helped right away! My budtender was awesome and helped me pick out the strain I wanted for my 1/4th, and there was no purchase necessary to fulfill my huge discount. Totally awesome promotion done by HOC and I'm stoked to see them functioning so much more smoothly. The flower is great here, too. Will be back soon!

Haven’t even been inside yet with all of this covid going on. But when you can get DRiP and MPX for about %20 cheaper than any other dispo and it being the same quality, says something.

Horrible selfish people working here. I showed up 1-2 minutes before closing and they lied and said it’s 10. I showed him 9:59 on my phone, and he says by the time they get the one item I wanted it’ll be too late. LIARS!

I appreciate the Harvest team getting medical patients in and out with fastpass priority. Thankfully you guys didn’t forget about us with rec sales being legalized. Wish there were more promotions to go along with that but overall happy with the experience!

OMG I am never going back there. Last two times the staff is so rude like you’re interrupting them if you need help, you know like THEIR JOBS. I’m so over this place. I’ll pay more to be anywhere but there. The attitude plus mediocre product. Last time a young kid scolded me that I ADDED to my order. Don’t want more money. Today a girl was so rude the entire time bc I needed help while her and another dude just standing there talking while I’m waiting. Unreal

Placed an order through leafly at 1250pm. Waited 3 hours for it to notify me it was complete. Nothing. Attempted to use the leafly chat function to contact the store, but no one responded. Called the store at 345pm, was told they don't use leafly anymore and that I should order online at the Harvest website. Was told all the items I wanted were available in stock at Harvest and was given a price. Placed the same order at the website and was told my medical card was expired (due to old information In their database). Entered my new information and it showed as updated. Was told the order would be ready in 5/10 minutes for pickup. Received an email saying my order was being processed and I'd receive a second email when it was ready. After an hour, no second email was received. Did get a text message saying it was ready. Went to the store to pick up my order, only 2 of the 3 carts I ordered was in the bag. Employee fetched the third cart, then quoted me a totally different price $20 higher. This was a problem because I brought exactly enough cash to cover the cost I was quoted 3 different times (leafly, harvest website, dude on the phone). Was then told that they DO use leafly, "I don't know why he told you that", and the price was incorrect because their database had me as a recreational patient because my card had expired. Despite me already updating it on their website. Eventually got my entire order correct and for the quoted price but the entire experience was irritating. I won't be coming here ever again.

Lovely design, atmosphere, and weed.

Really cool spot on Williams Field. Staff was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful - more so than most other dispensaries I've been to. The selection was solid, but it's a small store, so they're a little limited. With that said, however, the stuff they did have was top notch. Looking forward to testing out their flower next time.

Placed a Leafly order at 11am, 30 mins after receiving my confirmation txt I leave on the 45 min journey to the dispensary. After waiting in line for 30-40 mins (to be expected with pandemic and all) its my turn to get my product to be informed they just ran out of what I ordered 2 and a half hours prior. With all this time and effort committed I Went with the backup I picked out before I placed my order, and as soon i I saw the product I realized I’m not gonna like it. Now I have a half oz of product I’m very unsatisfied (still probably great Flower for some people Just now for me) with and wasted my FTP. If I would have been informed a few hours prior when my order was confirmed that my product wasn’t going to be available I would have waited to use my FTP here and gone to a different dispensary with a product I Know I would have liked.... I feel like I would try this place again, but feel like I got burned by the covid19 Pandemic, and the staff full on dropping the ball.

Great atmosphere from the music all the way to the staff . The true infusion has been on point recently as well as the alien labs. I would rather pay the extra few dollars to get the quality!

Everything is on point except it's a little pricy.

I did read the reviews but since no one else was open I gave it a shot. Gal at front was cool and gave everyone hand sanitizer. There was a floor manager helping out when I entered to find out what I wanted. The bud tender made 2 really good recs Pink Kush and Gelato.
