They offered a 10% or 15% discount for new patients but didn't actually give me my discount.. i didnt speak up because it was only a few dollars off so i thought "no biggie".. but then when i referred a friend and she tried to use her discount, they didnt give it to her either. Seems sketch to me... And their prices are higher than most places I've been to. Probably won't be returning unless I absolutely need to.

In person, I have really liked this location. it has been my favorite dispensary. Being extremely short on time today, I tried Leafly pickup for the first time, and the experience was disappointing, to say the least. It started out ok. The folks there responded immediately to my request, said they were out of an item, could they replace it. I said ok. 90 minutes later, I get another text saying now that I've picked up my order, please leave a review. I call them (I don't have time for this), they don't answer. I leave a voicemail. They never call back. An hour later, I call them again. A guy answers, and he cannot figure out what happened. During a long silence (again, short on time), I ask him, for the third time, if the order is still there. He starts getting irritated and condescendingly tells me it is, as if he's already answered the question. I told him forget it. Time to find a new favorite dispensary.

Before I begin, I must say I went here when I first got certified last year, and my experience really wasn’t that much different. This is probably one of the most annoying dispensaries to go to. If you don’t know how they operate checking in and purchasing (it’s way different than your normal dispensaries here), the butenders are just going to look at you like an idiot. Not to mention, I decided to try a new Concentrate brand “Piece of Mind” which I’m assuming is their house blend, and both strains tasted like nothing but soap. What are you guys doing? Lol

Thank you Harvest of Tempe, after trying around 175 strains I thought all hope was lost on finding that one strain that's "mine" or takes care of my polar opposite medical issues (fatigue, insomnia) but thanks to Mad Terp Labs Kryptonite shatter I have found relief from the most painful condition I've ever been thru. Psuedoaneurysms. Imagine someone stabbing repeatedly (with the beat of your heart) in the center of your brain. It's a pulsatile pain. And it just hits you without any warning & there's nothing that helps it but time. And I'd gladly give birth naturally to quadruplets than go thru another one. Thank you for carrying this strain. I'm so grateful. It's the ONLY thing that provides some relief. I've tried strong prescription pain killers, heat on the area, ice on the area, trying to stay hydrated, and trying to massage it doesn't provide any relief. But kryptonite does.

The display wall is cool looking, but ordering your stuff through bullet proof glass isn't how I prefer to purchase. Another issue I have was size and quality of the buds. When I got an 1/8 it was a small bag with little pea sized buds, which I was mostly okay with for a small amount. However when I got four times that amount of another strain, they simply gave me four pre-packaged 1/8 bags of the same tiny nugs. With all the sales pitches on buying their oil, it feels like they are maybe using up all the big quality nugs on making concentrates and then giving the the small crumbs to people just buying regular weed. Theres a chance I could return since its somewhat close to me. But its likely I'll just consider looking around and trying out another place looking for quality.

I agree with a couple others about this place. Buds are mid grade at best. Prices are ridiculous for what you get. I will never give this place another dime. Sorry Harvest of Tempe you had your shot. I would rather spend the gas money and drive to flagstaff and get actual medical grade buds then to give you anymore time or money.

It was a very convoluted system from finding what you want to leaving with your purchase. I went for the first time and bought their most expensive top shelf flower but each nug was full of seeds. I do not recommend.

the man at the door was friendly bought a 35 dollar eighth of critical kush i understand that is on cheaper end but its garbage worst of any dispensary ive been to free dream steam cartridge for ftp was cool will never return would not reccomend

I just love everything about this place. Everyone is awesome and willing to answer any questions. They all actually know me now and ask me how my day at work is. I love the reward program and I come at least once a week. Thanks guys!

Way to expensive. Decent flower, good edibles, great staff. Prices are absolutely ridiculous tho. As expensive as recreational products in Colorado. If you are tight on money, this is not your place. They had a huge advantage being the only dispensary near ahwatukee, but with the opening of Sunflower Meds on 51st St. And Elliot Rd. This place is going to need to make their prices competitive if they want to continue to be the go to place around here.

So I drove 15 miles to this store, because their online hours said they were open, but i get there and they werent. They never have the strain I look for, and they people are not the nicest. I wont go back. Never again.

I am a long time customer of Harvest. For the most part they usually have great flower and they have the best points system in the Valley. I don't like is that they charge $15 ($65) more an 8th for there Abundant flower than Oasis and Territory ($50), so really having to commute for the better price for the same flower is a bummer, the menu is never current and there isn't one available at the store ( I was told it changes too much) and they only have specials on the flower nobody wants (hence, why it's on the menu for 3+months). It would be nice to see more Connected, Alien Labs and Avenue available, more sativas would be nice and of Lemmonade is $65 an 8th it shouldn't come in mylar.

The building is huge. The sales area is about the size of my bedroom. All of which is fine. The staff is well trained, attentive and helpful. The daily deals and first time patient deals are so so when compared to other dispensaries. I stopped in as this is a new dispensary near my house. I never make major purchases my first time at a dispensary that I am not familiar with. So I ordered 3 pre rolls for the reasonable price of $10. The problem? I could not get a draw from any of them. No matter how hard I sucked on it, or the manner I tried to light it. These things just won't smoke. I ended up just busting them apart and smoking the shake. I hope as they grow and improve, that Harvest can find better vendors for it's products. Given the competitive nature of the business, it's really the only way to survive. Good luck, and I really wish them nothing but the best.

Pros: Great preroll costs. Love the bogo edible deal going on. Quality of product is always top notch Con: Three greeters, yet there is always a long line with just a couple behind the counter. Always out of the brand they offer bogos on. You even have to wait in that long line when you pre-order on Leafly. It saves no time whatsoever.

Manager is rude & refused to exchange a defective cartridge. Simple rule of business for a botched product but harvest refused to take responsibility and have lost a customer entirely. Do NOT use this location

Their house brand products are disgusting. Borderline radioactive. The wax I received from them was the most horrid poop soup I’ve ever seen or smelled. I was actually embarrassed for them. I’ve come here many times over the years only to finally realize that it’s the worst dispensary experience. There are tons of better places around, but if they have good deals do what you gotta do. Pretty sure they hold up a ton of licensees just to push the same mid products. Dead vibe, stale products.
