Still the same old dried-out, poorly flushed, bottom flower full of stems. The Pickle Diesel flower I just tried has given me a wicked headache for the last 8+ hours! You'd think Harvest would have upped their game by now. Sad.

top shelf meds looked good.. the medium and lower ones not so much.. concentrates weren't tested and low thc.. edibles had oil sprayed on..

I am unhappy to report my first negative review. I asked for sugar cookie and got girl scout cookie which was a higher price and I didn't get my 10% off for being a new customer. The final straw in making me lean towards this review is what I got didn't weigh at what the pre bagged product said. It was not 3.5 as stated on the bag. Lesson learned, I won't go to another Dispensary that doesn't weigh it in front of me.

I've experienced the Harveset Difference and it's not what I've come to expect. For some time now that difference continues to get worse. Several times I've been very disappointed with the customer service. For those prices, I expect quality customer service. I don't know if it's a lack of training with some of the floor help, age and inexperience of the floor workers or if it's management. Please have the women stop talking down to other women, even about each other. One of the men, big ego I'd say, a real know it all, that last helped me the last two times, I could hardly understand him. He mutters often and talks out of the side of his mouth so understanding him is very difficult. I know I could have asked someone else to help me. He needs to back off and ask questions to help. I've been in there when they are not busy and the places looses its business professional sense as they start to play around. I don't think a cell phone should even come out of the pocket and put on vibrate during work hours. It's rude to look at your phone when you are working with a customer. My most significant concern is SAFETY and prompted me to finally write this review. Recently after stopping by Harvest, I was leaving the store was approached by a man who wanted to bum some of my weed. Fortunately I was able to quickly get into my car and drive away. Other places have security guards, visible and outside. If you're watching the cameras, nobody came outside that I could see. Just the presence of cameras doesn't keep me or your other customers safe. I told my husband and then decided to call and let you know. I spoke to a guy, told them what happened and left my number. He said somebody would get back to me. He listened and took my information but no call back. If the customer service and security would improve, I would consider going back as it is convenient. Leafly listed Arizona's Top 10 Dispensaries for Spring and I think there is a reason you're not on the list. I look forward to hearing about them but I will most likely not return.

First time visitor. I found the staff knew the medicines well and was helpful in making a purchase. The prices were very fair in my opinion.

Nicest place I've seen so far, great location. Great security. Meds are decent, but the pre-packaging kind of dries out the meds a bit. They are also expensive compared to other dispensaries, but they sometimes have deals, will go back again when they have a good special. But till then, I go to Phoenix where there are better prices, and meds that are packaged while you shop, so it comes right out of the container, and not all dried out so you can smell it, know what I mean?

Meds are a joke. Do not waste your money here. About every other place you choose to go to will have higher quality meds that are more affordable.

Unless this is your only choice, you should choose elsewhere. Place is almost insulting with how over priced everything is. Be prepared to pay 130 for a quad of anything decent.

First time visit. I like how organized everything is, but not much to chose from either. Great discount shelf but otherwise prices are higher than others shops in Tempe with the same quality. Small shop in need of more space. The flower was alright as well.

“Not that I mind a small shop, but their layout sucks. The lobby is uncomfortable, small, and the flower room is clean and nice in appearance but long and narrow. Flowers don't seem to be flushed well, were larfy, some poorly trimmed, and the bud is a mid-to-higher grade at best, somewhat dry. I'm a solid sativa user, 99.999% of the time, and I tell them this and they keep trying to push Indica on me. Look, as much as this is a business, you're a pharmacy. One wishes dispensaries would start operating more similarly to pharmacies. When I know what works for me, learn to work with it, and not try and push me into what I don't want just to make room and get me out the door. ”

Why don't you include the THC & CBC percentages any more ?

So as a first time patient i dealt with Eric. he was very informative. The issues i had are the following. They changed the name on the green crack. i understand trying to get away from the name. But as the other bud tender mentioned guest that the names were changed on a few. this really bothers me for people who are looking for something specific. Please keep the names the same so we can have a standard for the set strains. with all the crosses these days it gets hard to keep track of what you need. M only other issue with this place was that i picked up 4gs. and a free preroll. when i went to open my stuff because it comes prepackaged. I smoked a bowl of the "green crush"(green crack), and the cypress og. they were ok for not being top shelf. then i went to open the haze and thought it looked short. but the buds weren't dense. so i threw it on the scale and it came out to .71. i immediately called back and got ahold of Eric again. i was told to bring the unopened g that i got for my girlfriends seizer back to the shop which is an hour away. that's all good, but if the bags had been correct in the first place this issue would have never happened. my friend also picked up a black cherry soda. not sure if that one was short either. as for quality. i have to say a 2. i havent tried the last g, because i am taking it back. but the only one i would consider trying again was the miss named green crack. the customer service has been great so far.

Very poor flower, that's way over priced.

First, I must say I do like the large selections and your quality of weed isn't that bad, but it's not the real top shelf stuff, in my opinion. My comment is about the management. I've been smoking for 23 years and I don't need some young fu*^%r dude to tell me all about my weed. I think he wanted to be assured he knows, and I can appreciate that, but I don't need Herb 101. If he would have asked me a couple of questions, then he would have known I'm fairly savay with my green I'm bothered by the way they act kind of snobby at this dispensary, Unfortunately, even some of the other patients act that way. Perhaps it's not a place intended for everybody. We're all trying to change public perceptions and there will always be people sticking up their noses but I wouldn't expect that to be the dispensary employees themselves. I can tell you today the place was just like a bunch of immature weed snobs working and playing.

Budtenders are pretty bad at answering even basic questions and the atmosphere feels like you walked into a bank vault. Not very much reason to return unless you like overpriced, overrated meds. Needs a lot of work... my suggestion is you cut down your staff since you have 5-6 people standing around doing nothing the three different times I've been in.

Stopped by for the first time and although they claim to be compassionate to needy patients, their words do not always match their actions. When they rang me up, I could not believe the suggested donation rate. At most dispensaries in California, they will refund you the ATM fee as not taking credit cards is a major inconvenience and not very safe to have cash lying around. I was charged for their convenience of taking a credit card and I was flabbergasted. Taking credit cards is the safe and compassionate thing to do and they have made that extremely convoluted with their actions. I don't mind a high suggested donation for quality product but nickel and diming the sick is an absolutely atrocious thing to do. The practice of surcharging credit cards is geared to low end purchases (convenience stores) which does not apply here because of their high prices. And their product is mediocre at best, I am almost curious to try their bottom shelf eighths for a suggested donation 50 bucks plus tax plus credit card or ATM fee just to see how horrible this is. If you are legitimately sick, I would recommend using another dispensary as this "Tempe" dispensary is more geared towards the recreational users which I have no problem with as this program would not exist without them.

This place use to be good but quality is down and prices are up. There was mold in my edible. Flower is dry. Employees are rude and too busy on their phones. Never go back!

Mixed feelings about Harvest. I've been to this location and Baseline many times. I'll just make a list of pros and cons. Pros: -Sometimes they have great deals -The flower can be pretty good but you really have to check it and do your due diligence (smell and look at it) -Friendly and fast when the place isn't busy Cons: -They are terrible at managing lines when they are busy (free for all lines mixed with customers looking at products) -The online ordering system doesn't work. I've tried 3 times and it has never been bagged up and ready when I arrive. I've ordered sale items only to show up and be told that they are sold out when I arrive. It shouldn't let you order sale items online if that's their policy. -Very inconsistent pricing month to month. Sometimes tax is included, sometimes not (they don't announce changes). Winter prices are almost double the summer prices. Half of the top tier flower is actually mid flower. You have to be very careful and can't assume the product is good because it's top shelf. Black friday bait and switch (Menu board advertised the sale price for all strains on top tier but in reality only half were on sale. Nowhere was the actual price listed and the cashier had to tell me while checking out that it wasn't on sale.) -Turns into a Cluster F when they have big sales or change the system.

Harvest has friendly faces, but the med quality isn't there and their prices are insane. They also charge an extra 2 dollars to use a credit card. I go to Emeralds now. they at least have lowered tgier prices

Disappointed to say the least. I will continue my search for the golden nugget, because if Harvest had some they were hiding it from me. You would think that we could get quality medication in Arizona by now! Please respond with all the positives about your state liscensed dispensery you want. I have been medicating for 20 years and I know when I'm medicated properly! This is not quality MJ! Every one of the negative reviews here speaks TRUTH.

nice facility! with a really friendly older man ushering you inside to a long list of meds. unfortunately there was little difference between their high end and low end, neither were very appealing. And when asking for advice from the cute girl behind the large bulletproof barrier I found out she is not friendly nor is she knowledgable. when asked what she recommends her response was "it's all good". I'm not sure how over medicated and undereducated she was but neither her or any of the guys awkwardly standing around in there knew anything more than what was laid out in the binders of forged stats. I went with their most expensive and supposedly highest quality meds for surely I must try it before I judge it. I burned through a whole eighth with little to no benefits. The buds had clearly lost potency when pulled too early. Extremely disappointed. I hate to be negative and rag on anyone, but it was just unacceptable. Bring in some experienced and knowledgeable people with true quality meds and I am more than willing to try again, but I most certainly won't get my hopes up. Less money into looks and unneeded TVs and more into the meds the truly sick people are in dire need for.

Great shop. Best in Phx area by far. I stopped in at Harvest yesterday, their first day open and they already had their act together better than the others in the valley. The place is very clean and classy, and the staff was well informed and helpful. I viewed and sniffed most of their strains and they all appear top shelf and priced at or below what I've seen elsewhere in town. I purchased 1/8 of their I/S hybrid Verde Electric. Tried last night. Very smooth, and balanced high. Also bought a gram of OG but haven't tried that one yet. They also had a good variety of edibles, but I did not purchase. Looking forward to trying all of their strains. Without a doubt, this is the best dispensary to open so far in AZ. Higly recommended.

If I could give this place -10 stars all across the board id still try to give them -20. Not only is theie flower below sub par quality but the fact that they call it "medical" cracks me up but infuriates me at the same damn time. I know buds very well and I can tell you not only are their test results total rubbish but why the hell and how the hell are you going to sell 9.7% THC buds that look and taste like the air in Mexico for 397.45$ an ounce let alone 19$ a gram. this place is clearly profits over patients and the staff is so unknowledgable. I literally watched an old lady tell the uneducated floor advisor she just wanted to sleep and eat. Clearly you know that means she needs an indica. her uneducated grandson told her she needed a sativa and the floor advior just stared until they were done talking and then started offering sativas. I was shocked because this old woman can clearly have a panic attack from a oil cartridge that is a sativa when she really needed an indica. Along with crappy product and crappy prices and even crappier service I wouldnt reccomend this place to any real real smoker or patient in real need of real meds. If you want to be lied to and ripped off and your a rookie smoker who doesnt know fire from reggies than this is definatley the place for you!
