Mando has been my budtender the last few times I have been into Harvest in Tucson and I would just like to say I’m thankful he is an employee he has made me feel better about the fear I have of going in public then the fear of of seeing people and interacting with people is hell I usually get panic attacks, med mmj especially edibles has helped me a lot with mental illness a d having a good crew working for you especially someone kind and empathetic like Mando( shit sorry I really hope I spelled his name right, cool newer employee), he makes it not as bad knowing I have to go pick up meds and takes his time with me and treats me like a human. Please keep him around!

Bud tenders need to work harder. You don’t need a break after every patient you deal with. Speed up the service. This has been a persistent problem at this location. Way too much standing around by the staff.

Liked the online ordering. Only 5 minutes in and out!!! Best experience ever!!!

I dislike that every time I go in they give me all my order and then take it away because of allotment which SHOULD get checked before giving me all my supply’s! And there’s only a couple team members that are friendly

I like the budtenders, I like the front office staff, they have decent prices for what you’re buying. But placing an order for pick up and being texted and told it’s ready just to wait 30-45 minutes in a lobby (the same as a walk in) is ridiculous. I place an order online to avoid wait times and being confined with people during these times. I hope there’s a new system implement soon!
