I have been a medical patient since July 2020 and regularly visit Harvest. There are no words to describe the absolutely disrespectful and heinous treatment I received today. Never once have I walked away from a dispensary shaking and in tears because of how I was treated.
I went into Harvest today with an online order for 2 Select Elite Live Resin carts. The live resin carts are carts that I FREQUENTLY purchase and purchased specifically from Harvest due to their 25% off select Elite cart. I have taken advantage of this deal this month before with zero issues. Well, today was different. I was taken to check out and the deal did not apply. TRAVIS verified that the deal was still online and called the manager over to override the discount since he acknowledged it should be there.
This is when it got absolutely terrible. Damien(manager, supervisor, jerk) came over and instantly looked irritated. He proceed to rudely tell me I was not eligible for this deal due to it being the live resin. I began to explain to him after I left him finish speaking that I have used this deal before and he RUDELY interrupts me to tell me the deal changed. I asked him to verify when it changed because the website shows 8/29/21 it started. He proceeds to over and over again tell me I am wrong and that he will not honor the deal. I proceed to show him the deal on my phone and how if you click “shop these deals” it pulls up the live resin carts. He proceeds to say over and over again “that’s fine. I’m not overriding it.” This dude was so absolutely terrible to me so then he leaves and Travis tells me that I can get the deal on the other carts but if I want to PICK the carts I had to get back in line with all the walk ins. It’s 8pm at night, I AM A MEDICAL PATIENT who needed her medicine with no choice but to purchase what was picked out for me after a manager couldn’t acknowledge the business they represents mistake. I proceed to point out that not honor the deal they very clearly have posted is ILLEGAL.
Damien then proceed to try and “fact check” my claim of receiving the deals before and went through everyone one of my purchases for the month of September. When he found the purchase he acknowledges I got the deal the last time but still wouldn’t correct even though your advertisement clearly stated
This entire experience could of been avoided if Damien took a step back to acknowledge what I was saying and committed to finding a solution together like anyone else in customer service/management would do.
I’ve been coming to Harvest for awhile and every few days I am in there spending hundreds of dollars. I rode through the long lines, inconsistent products and all the grumpy staff every single time but being treated like absolute crap is a no for me. Travis even acknowledge that this is not how you should treat “valued customers.”
Lastly, I do plan to escalate this wherever I can. BBB, attorney general, or wherever. Not honoring a promotion you have listed is illegal. I don’t want to be that person, but the way that I was treated this evening I feel like this needs to be reported so no one ever has to deal with harvest crappy managers like I did again.
Attached are the receipts Damien pulled when trying to “prove me wrong.”which clearly shows the deal applied the last time anyways.
As well as the deal and the options that pull up when you click “shop this deal.”
I am not sure harvest can ever earn my business back.

It was my first time there and they were very and informative about product I bought an 1/8 & I got another free! And the budtender was great!!👍🏼
Their patient turn around time is ridiculous. Putting in an online order is pointless and this seems to be the norm. Their product is generally great and prices usually on point and honestly those two things are the ONLY reason I go back.
I placed an online order today for some reason, despite the past, thinking it might get me in and out faster... when I enter then Dispensary there are about 15 people In the lobby. I approach the young lady at the desk and inform her of my Leafly order and ask how long the wait will be, 1 person ahead of me she says.
After watching the 3rd online order go ahead of me I ask the young lady at the front desk what happened. She said she didn’t know I was an online order.... which makes zero sense considering she told me there was one person In Front of me with a full lobby, doubt she’d say that to a walk in. After 2 more online orders ahead of me the manager finally comes out and hands me my things. I expressed my feelings about my experience to the manager and was met with an attitude that could be considered anything but empathetic. If you’d like to receive good service I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Their security guard was nice.

sitting outside for 20 minutes then walking in and seeing all the people that hadn't been to the back yet was rediculas. I don't care what dispo it is I'm not waiting an hour to be served. slow asses

I love it here, only place I go to. the staff is amazing, very informative, product is amazing. not only that but can get points when you buy stuff and save money later, love it! im a lifer :)

Loved it here, it’s a little awkward parking in a tiny lot in the back off Grant rd but once you get in it looks like a nice, well kept place. They had a front door person to greet you and let you in and everyone was super nice. Good edible selection. Not the best wax but it’s also not the worst. Only for a gram of flower to try but loved the strain and was great quality bud.
Great place! Just needs better tree selections that aren’t so home grown.
The location is great but they need to hire more people there . It's been the same people for years and although it's great your demands for customers grows. I feel this location fails at having efficient staff. . Customer Service is great , product is good as well. carts are very expensive

I dislike that I order online at night it says there's product because it let's me order it, to wake up to it being canceled, because they don't have product they advertise on their online menu. then totally rude phone service, when asked why the false advertise.

Fast service and great deals
Receptionist was too busy talking on the phone to speak to me so she pointed. Very rude!
I ordered on line, but never received a confirmation or anything. Bud tender said she didn't have a what I ordered, would have been nice to know.
Overall impression is negative. Was it busy, was that their excuse, no I was one of three customers there. They all arrived after me, no pre orders, yet they were served and departed before me.

Customer service is so fucking slow! But thanks to Alex he is very helpful and knowledgeable. He knows how to deal with the customers same with the security officer he’s very friendly and gentleman.
I give the bud tender a 10 Star, Homeboy is like African American, with a similar like curly long hair, that dude was dope! Waiting time was a bit quicker than last time, I order online for quick service. I came for some Grow science Rosin Cartridge and I was short on $$$ but he checked to see if I had points and happened to have $15 available, that mf made my day! The front desk just needs a little better customer service cause sometimes they’re cool, sometimes they are Trippen! No hard feelings!
