Be prepared to wait a really long time at this dispensary

I really hated going here for a few reasons. First of all the wait time and then when they did call me back i told them this was my first time they didn't believe me well anyways your first i thought you get a good deal. I spent 65$ on a 1/8. Of flower and 2 prerolls . and the 1/8 of headband was really really dry...like it turned in to dust when you brake it up.. Wasn't good at all the prices are way way over priced so if you want my advice stay away of this place. they try to rip you off and treat you like crap.

The pre pack of the Roll One is a big joke! More like a rip off! I'm tempted to bring it back..I know you don't do refunds and that's ok I'll just bring it back! You can keep it!! The stuff off the street has better quality!!

I absolutely love this place! Great daily deals and very knowledgeable staff if and when you have questions. The flower they have is always top notch!

First visit was great.

Side note: I have worked at other dispensaries before, it's not fair to complain about wait times when the point of customer service is to take your time and care with every patient. Especially in a medical setting. If you have the time to go out of your way and write a negative review you probably have the time to wait for dispensary agents who care and are willing to answer every question you may have.

I have been shopping at harvest for the last few years. You can always rely on them for quality name brand products and affordable house flower. Today was a strange day though, it was different. I went to harvest with a complaint about 2 pod batteries that had given out on me after a short period of time. They were very nice about figuring out what the issue was . Upon realizing it was a faulty product, they checked my purchase history, verified my purchase, then replaced the product. The managers were very polite and easy going. When i got home i realized the new battery they gave me was also faulty. They replaced that one too. When i got home again, i realized the 3rd battery was giving me issues as well. I went back to Harvest and we concluded that it might be the pod itself that was the issue, so they replaced the pod. This time, it was the charm. They also gave me a free pre roll of Hi-Tech by Grandiflora which was astonishingly tasty and potent . While the situation itself was redundant, it was handled well. The waits sometimes are long, but you can tell employees are just trying to provide everyone with good service .

aint nobody gonna pay $65 a 1/8 smh....make it buy 1 get 1 free and the supply would sell out quickly

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Frank is the best and welcomed conversation to educate and learn about his customers.

Plenty of options. If you get here at a bad time, you can end up waiting in the recreational line for upwards of 2 hours.

The new per-rolls suck again the ones in the white tubes were the best ones not powder like these new ones your roll-ones is very stemi not worth the money very thing else is good im so upset ill go back if things change

When I come here they are extremely compassionate. I am going through one of the MOST intense struggles with my PTSD that I have ever had (and that's saying alot for a 6 years diagnosis) and my anxiety is not helping. My housing situation and finances have been turbulent for a while and it has triggered some of the worst fight or flight symptoms such as muscle tension, TMJ, and extreme fear of being judged/pitied (mine is from abuse and that was a huge part of my cycle) and I'm always in there looking like a FRITGHTENED animal trying to find a place to run away from headlights. They haven't even made me feel weird about it they haven't asked why I never look into their eyes they don't ask why some days I want to chit chat and some days I can be viewed running back to my truck from their shop. They've all been great at dealing with my odd behavior and some even remember my name and make sure I get great care!! They have probably been the most compassionate of treating me like I am on a good day when I am in my darkest hour. I couldn't be more grateful. I can understand why my aunt chooses this as her "home" dispensary.

1st time BUY Pineapple Fanta $150. Good smoke and product! Went to BUY more. They were out.. I asked for something similar. NEXT THE STAFF COULD NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS PROPERLY. SOLD ME CRAP THAT GIVES ME AN ADVERSE REACTION AND I HATE. 2nd BUY Tiny Slippers $150.= WHAT CRAP PRODUCT!I HAD TO PAY $150 FOR SMOKE I WOULD NOT TAKE IF IT WERE FREE. DISPENSARIES ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CONSUMERS AND IT IS ALLOWED. THAT IS JUST WRONG FOR RECREATIONAL AND MEDICAL BUYERS. HELL..NO STAND UP TO THESE PREDATORS AND MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE STATE HEALTH MARIJUANA DEPARTMENT.

A joke. Why do you all hate people so much? You do realize we are buying your product? I was kind and courteous and you are all bitter and rude people. Taco Bell employees could run your store and have a waaaaaay better aditude than any of you jokes.
