this is by far the worst dispensary I've ever been to ever I ordered an order online for hours ago and they told me about you going to be ready for 6 more hours they just lost my business and I will tell everybody I know not to go there rude

These folks are nice enough but just have no knowledge. They went out of their way to call me and misquote AZ policy bc they are idiots w egos. No problem, i'm happy to shop elsewhere. I go to the pharmacy for medicine and professionals that know applicable policy surrounding my medicine within the legitimate mmj industry. Not illegitimate ppl that try to make up for being idiots by opening the door for you. Good job guys. Hopefully they get these ppl that did not help me, Maria, Brooklyn, Hala some education within the legitimate mmj industry. bye harvest.

Greeter got me inside & off the streets right away. That was awesome. However when I got inside the new employee was a bit confused as to what to do next. Then they brought my order out to me and they said. 1. My name. 2. Your TWO cartridges are here. AND that total is $$ blah blah blah in front of EVERYBODY including my husband. I did NOT appreciate my name being spoken out loud. Nor did I like the total dollar amount spent announced loudly in front of EVERYBODY. If HIPPA laws were to apply budtender would be paying his allowance out for the next couple of years. I like HARVEST and they were my FIRST so I will continue to patronize their store..

What an odd experience compared to other Tucson dispensaries. You check in, wait, and are then let into a showroom to browse on your own. I went in for a specific strain they were carrying and they had it in all of their mini "smell jars" however when I made my way to the counter to order, they had "just ran out" and offered me something else. It was such an annoying and disappointing experience that I sacrificed my first time patient deal and just bought 1g of something I didn't really want and left.

This is my LEAST favorite Dispensary in Tucson. I’ve been told they have certain strains and when it’s time to go back they say they ran out !!! And even if u have walked in there and didn’t buy anything on your first time patient deal they won’t save your New patient deal. Nothing but a bad experience at this place !!!!

Harvest seems to have constant trouble I'm not even picking up what I ordered cause it took so long . They cant seem to keep up with thier deals and at least 3 times I've placed an order online only to come in and they are out. So it's my least favorite dispensary in town aside from the fact they do have excellent flower

Disgusting human beings work here. If they humiliate you not only will they not make it right they will speak to you condescendingly until you have had it. I hung up & screamed f you but I guess I didn’t hit the button so he heard me & called my phone back to attempt to reprimand me. Excuse you? Maybe teach yourself & your staff how to treat disabled human beings with respect & dignity in the first place maybe then you wouldn’t end up with jaded patients. I will NEVER set foot there again & I will be letting everyone I know both in person & online to never go back. Their employees make a mistake & it is the fault of the patients. And it is perfectly ok to tell the whole dispensary that I have no money. After I deliberately asked if I needed to make a purchase to get the $1 birthday joint as I am disabled & didn’t have money my best friend was picking up so I was told no I did not need to buy anything so I proceed to stand in line for who knows how long only to get to the register surrounded by Rec people as a disabled medical patient & am absolutely humiliated in the whole process. Fuck this place I’ve never been spoken to the way the manager spoke to me (before I lost it & said bad words when I thought I had hung up ONLY thing I did wrong in this whole thing). It wouldn’t have been bad had I not been absolutely humiliated in front of all those people. Never again.

just sat for 45 minutes on an order that I recieved confirmation was ready 5 min after i placed it. To top it all off, I left with my purchase only to find I'd bought an eighth of DRY BUD. I think I'm done with these ppl

Went and bought the roll one half ounces, One hybrid, the other Indica. The hybrid was what they advertised, a mix of nugs and shake a few clippings... the Indica bag.. nothing but clippings and sticks! more sticks then anything else... just crap. so don't get that cheap stuff it's worse than dirt weed..stay away..

Horrible customer service. Shitty weed at high prices. Cartridges do not work. Do not buy Chroma Color cartridges!! They stop working when they get about 1/4 full. I expressed this complaint with Harvest and they were very rude and did not refund or exchange. I have never had this problem with any other cartridges before. They suck. I even bought a new battery and it still doesn't work. HUGE RIP OFF. Everytime I have shopped here for my medicine I have been disappointed both by the product and customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. Harvest has the best quality of flower in the Tucson Market. Exclusive product brands are pricey but definitely worth it, in my opinion. The waiting times are pretty fast as long as there isn't a new strain coming out. I am a loyal customer and continue to make the hour drive to get the best medicine.

You guys cheated me. Ordered online. 2 different strains of Roll One. You managed to not read or ran out and didn't bother to inform me. Ended up with a quarter of crap. I'll go elsewhere.

First time patient here. I had purchased three items, 2 eights and some crumble, i open my bag when in a drive thru in cortaro farms, not even home yet, to find that only one of the three items was in the bag. Look at the receipt, it was the free item i got in the order. It wasn't even what I actually pay for. So I had called, took forever to "find" my order. Had to drive back to get mu product. All they could offer was enough points for $10 off. I have had my card since July.... Probably never going to be coming back.

I have ordered twice online the 5150 bar, only to arrive to be told it was not in stock. And today was a BOGO. I jwish they did better online inventory control since I have to drive quite a distance just to get there. Very friendly people, but failure to deliver twice is a service issue

Why stay open until 10:00pm if you aren’t going to have the staff there to take care of the patients? Full lobby, you shouldn’t be sending employees home until it’s cleared out. Let alone let an employee out in the lobby giving HORRIBLE advice about meds to others.

The wait times are super long! The deals suck. Anytime there is a good deal there is limited quality so the staff tells you to call and reserve your order. But good luck! Because when you do the phones don’t work. What a coincidence. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thanks.

Terrible, rude employees Everytime. Got backed up into by a car while trying to walk to the front door and told the front desk I just got struck and all he said was "wow people are crazy out there!" ... Unbelievable, have also had missing items they never put in my bag and the level of customer service is extremely below average... Do not come here unless you have to.

The front desk person should tell the patient if a register is unavailable for pickup orders. Some people have medical issues and depend on the pick up window being available. Especially when they call to find out about said pick up order. Made my day awful to sit there. Thanks for being honest front desk lady.

Worst dispensary in town. Need to report this store for fooling people and poor customer service. Staff are always rude, weak security. Idk if you do allow your patients to smoke outside or within the area, knowing that one of the lady staff (tall with glasses) was just right there. Folks you need to stop coming to this store. Security is no use at all, just hanging out with customers.

Great new dispensary with a wonderful setup and phenomenal staff. Everything is open and inviting, and the staff asks for your input in what you would like to see in the upcoming weeks before the grand opening. I'm in awe. This is listening to the customer, at its finest.
