Ceiling weed, no transparency on Harvest owned and acquired grows i.e. they have no idea and have no clue about the flower they sell.
No online ordering system, if you order on line you stay in the place you come in, it's just for reserving and only of they are watching and taking orders. The most unproffesional and gross dispencery in the country

I am disapointed of how this place conducts their business. The first time I went to this place the experience was above average.
The second time, I purchased some premium flower. Due to covid19 they were helping patients on the lobby giving us stapled bags, without being able to check it. This is understandable to prevent contagion, what is not acceptable is to sell prepack premium flower from last October on April.
I decided to place an order today over the phone because the guy said it would be faster to get me out of the door and this was not the case. I waited for 30 min and a lady that came 20 min after me got taken care of before me.
The ladies checking in, seemed like they didnt know what theu were doing.
The receptionist with dark hair was on the phone for 15 mins with my order sitting in front of her. A budtender even pointed out, "Hey, shes right there in the green shirt" It would have been faster for me to just walk in. Dont make pick ups wait longer than necessary. There were 2 receptionists. Why didnt she pass it off to an available budtender or the other receptionist?

update to previous post....talked to the phx locations asking the same questions I was asking at Tucson location and come to find out they honor BOGO boxes for FTP unlike down here where they turned my brother down for his and also If you purchase the 100$box 1g canamo isn't exclusive to shatter that let you choose any canamo concentrate....Even the terp sauce.. and we I asked I wasn't hit with...your just trying to take advantage of us...still waiting to hear for the GM after speaking to their main office in Phoenix

These folks are nice enough but just have no knowledge. They went out of their way to call me and misquote AZ policy bc they are idiots w egos. No problem, i'm happy to shop elsewhere.
I go to the pharmacy for medicine and professionals that know applicable policy surrounding my medicine within the legitimate mmj industry. Not illegitimate ppl that try to make up for being idiots by opening the door for you. Good job guys. Hopefully they get these ppl that did not help me, Maria, Brooklyn, Hala some education within the legitimate mmj industry. bye harvest.

I would not recommend and will not be returning. I thought about this review long and hard before writing it. I’ve been told on the phone I’d have to come in to see what strains they have. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my ONLINE ORDER. Then to seal the deal, when the state system went down I called before close to see if they could hold my order for the next day. You would think something outside both mine and their control, holding it would be no big deal. Nope. They took my order back for inventory and was told to place the order again. Next morning, everything I ordered wasn’t available. So if you’re reading this, just don’t go. Their products aren’t worth the hassle or the terrible service.
Always have to wait extra and wonder what specials or what medicine is on the menu. Disorganized and act like they are doing me the favor. Not the way to capture a clients business for life in this booming industry.
Menus are never up to date you can call before placing order to check if the menu is up to date they'll say yes then when you get down there they'll tell you they don't have no more of what you ordered and try to give you some sniggle fritz

You'd think a dispensary cleared to sell recreational would be clear on what's expected of them as a business, the menu lacks diversity and the budtenders lack knowledge and aren't the friendliest upon first meeting, they should be grateful they aren't in food service, otherwise the pressure would definitely be on them.

Extremely dry and old bud, incorrectly posted testing info, rude and unknowledgeable budtenders. I bought a strain in July that was harvested in March and Packaged in May. I’ve tried this place more times than I’d like to admit and it’s just not worth it

Drove 20 minuets and left desert bloom to buy a 1/4 and get up to a 1/4. I was wondering why the other review was talking about a typo they just lie to get you in the door and hope you drove far enough to not go back empty handed You can only bogo an 1/8. Damian asked me why I didn’t call to check. You’re a joke I did call and was talking specifically about the bogo and YOU failed to mention 1/4 means an 1/8.

Happens to often. They advertise one thing on the website. when you get to the shop its a completely different deal or strain. They do this to get you in the door. very irritating.
Greeter got me inside & off the streets right away. That was awesome. However when I got inside the new employee was a bit confused as to what to do next. Then they brought my order out to me and they said. 1. My name. 2. Your TWO cartridges are here. AND that total is $$ blah blah blah in front of EVERYBODY including my husband. I did NOT appreciate my name being spoken out loud. Nor did I like the total dollar amount spent announced loudly in front of EVERYBODY. If HIPPA laws were to apply budtender would be paying his allowance out for the next couple of years.
I like HARVEST and they were my FIRST so I will continue to patronize their store..

What an odd experience compared to other Tucson dispensaries. You check in, wait, and are then let into a showroom to browse on your own. I went in for a specific strain they were carrying and they had it in all of their mini "smell jars" however when I made my way to the counter to order, they had "just ran out" and offered me something else. It was such an annoying and disappointing experience that I sacrificed my first time patient deal and just bought 1g of something I didn't really want and left.

This is my LEAST favorite Dispensary in Tucson. I’ve been told they have certain strains and when it’s time to go back they say they ran out !!! And even if u have walked in there and didn’t buy anything on your first time patient deal they won’t save your New patient deal. Nothing but a bad experience at this place !!!!

Attention of the staff not 100%
They turned me away when I came for my online order that had been filled hours prior. (i came immediately after work around 8pm). They said the wait time was "too long." I think they should just eliminate the online ordering in general because it sucks. Why doesn't the check in person ring up the online orders like every other dispensary? Boo 👎

The quality of medicine is great but I really wish the customer service was better. I always try to do a pick up order to make it easier on all of us but every time I go in to pick up my medicine I feel as though I'm treated like I'm a burden on the staff. I was hoping it was just a one time thing but my past 3 visits I've been treated poorly. There meds are great but the staff needs improvement.
