Used to be the only place in town with Alien Labs and Connected. Since rec, they cant even keep it on the shelves which defeats the only reason for even coming here

I visited on Friday morning before heading to Vegas. I was really happy with the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable with the product. They are like the ones in Phoenix . Glad u guys are in Tucson now. Gud flower. Brooklyn was the budnter who helped me. Thanks To the staff. Diffenally going back. Can’t wait for grand opening .

I have been to just about every dispensary in Tucson and Harvest was the only one to give me a tour. Thanks Frank! I have smoked flower for 50 years and only recently have tested some of the other forms. The bud tender, who's name I have forgotten took the time to describe their cartridges. Thanks for that. I spoke to 3 or 4 who worked there and all were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. An all around pleasant experience.

Unprofessional. On their Leafly they posted a special for $99 ounces and I arrived 15 minutes after they had opened at 7:15 in the morning to be told they were already sold out of the ounces. It seems that this deal they offered was a sham to get customers in the store. In addition I heard that they had an extremely limited selection of $100 ounces AND had reserved a number of ounces away meaning less than 5 ounces were up for groups. This is a deceptive business practice and it is likely that I will not return again to this location

Place was slammed, so the receptionist said I can order online. I said ok and as I was getting my card back lady next to her got all tore up about the placement of my position in line. Why wouldn’t they want it moving as fast as possible. Some know what they need and don’t need to shop or get the added help. Maybe she needs a break n lil help from her friends, lol. Whoah

I've always liked this place. I'm a physician myself and I live with severe back pain due to 3 ruptured discs and 4 bulging discs. Their CBD is amazing for the pain. The 2 stars is because today (day before Thanksgiving) I had ordered in advance online, and when I got to Harvest they said it's a hour wait, and to return at 9:20pm. I returned at 9:20 and they turned everyone away. I didn't come looking for a high, or for a deal (apparently that's why it was so busy today).. I was just hoping to have relief from the agonizing chronic back pain for the holidays. At my office, we don't turn patients away. That's illegal.

I was overcharged on multiple items. Due to leafly price conflict. As well as missing an item from my online order. Then when i returned i was stuck waiting an additonal 25 minutes to be refunded. Treated as if i was trying to scam them or recieve free stuff. I just wanted what i paid for. Always check your bag and receipt!!

Talk About Nickle & Diming patients to the fullest.. AZ State MMJ Law states that “ NO stems, seeds, ect.. go into products or production of products” yet these greedy corporate pigs will sell you “Roll One” which they call larf or something, but the bud tender shows you a jar of shake and popcorn nugs and says this is what it is. I get home to find about 80% of the material to be sticks & stems!! After calling and talking to 3 different employees, getting put on hold and not told I was being transferred to another employee. Then when finally getting somewhere nobody mentioned I had to bring everything back into the dispensary for a refund so I had to make 2 trips across town to fix their mistake. The manager Maria is rude AF and doesn’t care about patients getting the medicine they need and is aware of how shady it is they sell this $**t but continues on her day like it happens all the time. 2 employees in PHX quit and blew the whistle on their managers telling them to break the law by hiding flower in the ceiling, selling THC to NON-Patients... Sucks they have terrible business morals if you can say they have any at all bc the products are good but I refuse to spend another cent here! Cookies needs to find a new partner I also referred a patient and they tried to not give him a FTP special and I didn’t get referral credit.

I really like the people in the store and the product was normally great. Since whatever updates you all have done the quality of flower went wayyyyy down, your prices went up, and your menu constantly changing and not making sense in general but especially on leafly. This used to be my favorite place but now it's becoming a, "last resort" type of place. and sometimes not even then. sorry yall but what the heck happened? I've recommended a friend in the past but at this point I'd point them a different direction.

Only go here if you wanna stand at a door for 10 minutes waiting to get in and wait another 30 minutes while everyone talks, horrible wait times overpriced, just go somewhere else and save your time!

Don’t say open until 10 if you’re not. We understand people want to go home. But same shit at my job I have to stay after to help customers sometimes. Sometimes I say because it definitely evens out I don’t always stay late after and you don’t have to either. It would be better too if you communicate with your security. If you’re going to turn people away because you feel there’s too many people already then let him know so he can do the turning away. Also just change your hours, or just do better, or hire people willing to stay for the customer. Have security sit by the door no need for him to be around doing who knows what if you need more security hire more. Do something because it makes me not want to go back not that me one person matters to you but just do better please all of your employees.

Totally dysfunctional operations. This my 5th time and 3rd bad experience. I ordered online through my leafly account and the room full i thought not so bad. If I wouldn't of mentioned my order i think I would of been less than an hr but maybe not. They said my processed was ready 1hr before I got there and they texted me telling me they were out of stock of something so i changed my order to be left with 2 kinds i didn't order. Tho it is good. Their service over other places like SAINTS isn't even comparable on a number scale. Thats the last experience i plan on having no matter how good the deal. They let friends in first choose the order of the customers not first come first serve and have never gotten a leafly order correct as well as waiting 5 min alone while they tracked down my medical card.

Lmaoo. Wow I never thought this place could get worse than it already was with just Medical... Sad ass looking menu, especially the concentrates like WTF kinda menu is that? Wouldn’t be surprised if DRIP/TruMed dropped these guys like the Grow Sciences did. Haven’t seen any Solventless Drip on the menu in MONTHSSS... Super sad how these places have gotten worse every year they are open.

This dispensary never ever ever ever ever had any of the varieties of things they list on the Leafly menu. It says they update it. They fucking don’t. Call ahead and make sure they have what you want before you drive over, but rest assured they’ll give you shit about calling to check.

I was picking up a leafly pickup order I told the clerk that then I waited for more than 45 minutes I went up again was told she didn't know I had a pickup they started to get it together even though I had received a text hours before that it was ready I then still had to wait for almost 45 more minutes before they had it in the computer for me to pay. When I left people that were waiting when I arrived were still waiting.

I’ve been shopping at harvest for a long time never had a problem but then I sign up for the promo texts and get a buy one get one free sale at 10 am then I go at 4 and I wait in a 40 min line just for them to tell me they are sold out. Why would they let me just sit there and not say anything, not a sign or a heads up not cool

I go to this dispensary because it’s a few blocks from my house. Otherwise, it’s really sub-par: more emphasis on retail than on educated budtenders and a wide range of medicinal herb.

Do not go here expecting what they have on the menu to be there. Stupid me, I drove 1.5 hrs in traffic, stood in line to get three specific items that were listed as available. Wrong! None of the three were available. I was so ticked off, I went there specifically for these things and then they don’t have them. There is no reason in this day and age to not be able to have a good webpage that is updated via sales data as to something in stock or not. You gotta do better.

So I place an order for scottsdale but Tucson calls and when i ask who's calling the lady never responds so I hang and call back only to find out somehow their orders got crossed. Introduce yourself and maybe you will get a warmer response. Dont call acting like a telemarketer at 7:30a.

Say in waiting room for two hours just to buy an 8th of flower. That’s totally unacceptable. Drove across town to support the business but it’s definitely the last time I come here. Cookies is fire, but not “wait two damn hours” fire.
