Harvest HOC – Tucson – Blenman-Elm (Med/Rec)

Wait is horrible, if your not spending $60 dont even bother going in because they sell trash or premium over priced. Also they're daily deals are garbage. 1/10

I used to like going to harvest until I took them a coupon that I received from a local smoke shop in Tucson. They didn’t want to accept the coupon because they claim people are taking advantage. They said I used one already. Correct I did. However I spend a lot of money at the smoke shop where I received the coupon. So when I was given the coupon that is always a plus. If we go make a purchase at a smoke shop and we’re given a coupon from them to redeem at harvest they should honor the coupon. My sales lady said they are no longer honoring them to many we’re given out. Harvest needs to coordinate properly with these coupons. We are patients that really need our meds some of us also have little income so getting coupons like these really help out. Well let me just say harvest lost my business. I don’t wanna go to a dispensary that can’t honor coupons that have “HARVEST” on them from there very own company. It’s not like the coupons are expire nor do they say one per patient!!

The front short lady last night was rude. Slowest dispensary in town.

I love this place! They gave me all kinds of free stuff (stickers shirt backpack). Their the only one so far with pure oil not cut with anything 😘😉

I arrive here and they told me wait is 15 20 mins and I’ve been here for 45mins now and they have called other people that got here after me... very bad workers so unorganized

30 min wait on an online order while I watched 5 different people walk in check in and go in and out and one even just walked in ordered at the window paid and walked out meanwhile I've been waiting for 2 items which according to the text are ready for pickup.Also they sent an order picked up text as soon as I checked in which I can only assume is to appear they filled the order faster to Leafly or Corp when they hadn't. It wasn't even busy this is just terrible management and the only dispensary in the city that hasn't figured out how to streamline the system and become more efficient except the one week corporate was in town

This is without doubt the slowest dispensary in town. For the third time I went in for one of their specials and they were “ sold out “ not sure they really have them . Just a way to get you in !

Waiting in the dispensary 20 minutes for a pickup order is ridiculous!

their recreational menu contains all the medical products that you can't buy, and they're assortment that they can sell you is very limited

Got stuck at work late and made the mistake of trying to pick up my online order that had been ready for 3 hours, only to have to wait 45min before I got checked out at the front window with just 4 people ahead of me, all with orders that had been ready. But, JUST SO EVERYONE ELSE IS AWARE, JOSE THE FLOOR MANAGER HAS SET THE EXPECTATION THAT IF YOU HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER, HE SUGGESTS PICKING IT UP BEFORE OR AFTER HAPPY HOUR OTHERWISE YOU COULD BE WAITING UPWARDS OF 40-50 MIN DEPENDING ON THE LINE AHEAD OF YOU. Thx again for the customer appreciation.

Only go here if you have an HR to kill and sit around, even for an online order!!!!!!Several times now I've ordered online and gave them plenty of time to fill it. But when I show up I'm put in the que to go back even though I've specifically told them of the online order. I've had to wait over an HR to pick up because they lose or put my I'd in the wrong spot. Shouldn't take an HR to pick something up I order over and hr before!!!! Also it's very frustrating to sit for a freaking hour and have people who showed up after me leave 30 mins before I did. It's ridiculous! Its been 3 times and if it happens again I will never return. Get your shit together!!!

This location offers incredible service and excellent product for reasonable prices. If you're looking for quality medicine at the best prices, look no further. Harvest of Tucson will earn your loyalty.

Had a pick up order. You have to wait in line as a walk in. Pick up order does not speed anything up. And they don’t tell you this. I complained gently and was treated with such disrespect. The eegees girl served me with smiles, cheers and we had to wait. But at least the eegees girl had respect

Nice dispensary with a healthy selection of high quality, reasonably priced meds. Owners put heavy emphasis on customer service and have been on site both times I have visited. Excellent referral and New Patient specials. location just a bit off of street......look for yellow balloons.

Do NOT buy the roll your own packages. Nothing but, stems and leaves. Usually everything is great, this was the worst purchase I've ever made. So disappointed!

this used to be my favorite dispensary. the staff was awesome service great the product line was good prices were great not too bad. now since the last couple of times I've been there I have been disrespected treated rudely to what I don't even want to do service there anymore the product isn't as good as it is used to be and the staff except for a few I'm not going to name names who I adore have just let the place go their attitude needs an adjustment as far as professional courtesyI don't even feel like shopping there anymore I have chosen my business elsewhere due to the unsatisfactory treatment

customers there are rude and the staff take sides and do not know how to handle a situation with out threaten you with the cops. I was being harassed by a customer and got blamed cause I got upset and told the customer that was talking shit that if he did not quit I was going to kick his but for fucking with me. this is a stand your ground state and no one should be threatened by any one. Will never go back they have 0 security and 5 chairs in the waiting room rude customers and untrained staff in dealing with situations. i hate this but you guys need to get your crap together in the phone and sloooooow.

I bought a special on 3 eigths get one free. Thought great, but the flower is bunk, tastes bad, and smokes like cigarettes? I callwd to let know, but I am screwed cuz I wouldve taken it all back. But I opened all the packages and put in my container. Never will I go back ans the some of the buds were as smsll as rabbit turds? Whats wirh that cutting the plant so early?

So this morning I got up with my one and to your daughter to go get my medication after driving all the way from Orange Grove and the freeway I was told I can't take them in and no one can take my order because I have to let a random person watch my kids well I literally hand theM money I go there almost every other day at least every two days minimum twice a week I can't believe no oneWould even try to help me I literally sat in the parking lot wondering why I was getting treated like this I kept asking the lady there's no way you can help me I'm literally outside the door I just need to get my meds and I was told nothing I will never go to the dispensary again no compassion no care in the world for those workers they lost a real loyal customer But I feel like if Monet was there I would've been taken care of

I have been shopping at harvest for the last few years. You can always rely on them for quality name brand products and affordable house flower. Today was a strange day though, it was different. I went to harvest with a complaint about 2 pod batteries that had given out on me after a short period of time. They were very nice about figuring out what the issue was . Upon realizing it was a faulty product, they checked my purchase history, verified my purchase, then replaced the product. The managers were very polite and easy going. When i got home i realized the new battery they gave me was also faulty. They replaced that one too. When i got home again, i realized the 3rd battery was giving me issues as well. I went back to Harvest and we concluded that it might be the pod itself that was the issue, so they replaced the pod. This time, it was the charm. They also gave me a free pre roll of Hi-Tech by Grandiflora which was astonishingly tasty and potent . While the situation itself was redundant, it was handled well. The waits sometimes are long, but you can tell employees are just trying to provide everyone with good service .

Plenty of options. If you get here at a bad time, you can end up waiting in the recreational line for upwards of 2 hours.
