great place! been coming here for years and its still great.

website says cookies 1/8 is bogo but its not in stock site claims sublime is 4 1/8 for $100 but it aint in stock stop sellin duck tales and do promos on items that are actually in stock the roll one was the worst weed i have ever smoked including bammer weed

the flower is great and the staff are very nice

Still the best i can get in an out a med patient even with the line

Harvest fucking sucks

Side note: I have worked at other dispensaries before, it's not fair to complain about wait times when the point of customer service is to take your time and care with every patient. Especially in a medical setting. If you have the time to go out of your way and write a negative review you probably have the time to wait for dispensary agents who care and are willing to answer every question you may have.

Best flower in town hands down

When I come here they are extremely compassionate. I am going through one of the MOST intense struggles with my PTSD that I have ever had (and that's saying alot for a 6 years diagnosis) and my anxiety is not helping. My housing situation and finances have been turbulent for a while and it has triggered some of the worst fight or flight symptoms such as muscle tension, TMJ, and extreme fear of being judged/pitied (mine is from abuse and that was a huge part of my cycle) and I'm always in there looking like a FRITGHTENED animal trying to find a place to run away from headlights. They haven't even made me feel weird about it they haven't asked why I never look into their eyes they don't ask why some days I want to chit chat and some days I can be viewed running back to my truck from their shop. They've all been great at dealing with my odd behavior and some even remember my name and make sure I get great care!! They have probably been the most compassionate of treating me like I am on a good day when I am in my darkest hour. I couldn't be more grateful. I can understand why my aunt chooses this as her "home" dispensary.

It was my first time there and they were very and informative about product I bought an 1/8 & I got another free! And the budtender was great!!👍🏼

The only reason I come here is for Cookies however recently they only have there usual bunk flower or over priced decent flower you can get everywhere else for 35.00 with tax included. Wait is super long, Staff is rude. I hope Cookies partners with other shops. Customer Service is Horrible.

Horrible , I'm a legally blind vet with epilepsy patient who takes the bus .. HARVEST. told me no to my order 4 separate times becaúse ím a med patient and some flower wasn't tested , but yet they put it on the med menu, also they sell mixed strains without posting they're mixed .. çausing me to get on the bus for no reason,... NEVER AGAIN..., F harvest

Good place!

My complaint is just with one budtender. I dread getting my name called by him because his attitude is always so sour. He doesn't seem to be interested in answering your questions. He just wants you in and out of the door.

Staff was awesome very nice but the wait time is insane I understand the covid but bags are sitting there and the customer is right there and they are walking around talking to each other we want to go in an out standing around for 45 min is not safe at all . It would be awesome if they had some deals on the top tier I buy alot between me and my husband. But overall I love this place they just need some work , cant wait for the first drive thru dispensary for us who order online😉

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Frank is the best and welcomed conversation to educate and learn about his customers.

I’ve been in Tucson for 4 months via Vegas. I’ve been to every dispensary in town for a certain strain or product. But now I have found my Budtender, Marco @ the Harvest on Elm. I’ve been smokin longer than most tenders have been alive so I hope that goes a long way in saying the type of tender Marco was. Thanks again Marco and I’ll be seeing you soon!
