Dopest bud room I've ever been in. Take a trip to a new world of cannabis. Medicine selection here is outstanding, almost so much I couldn't imagine trying it all.... but I now, must attempt. This concentrate rookie learned all about how to dab from Charlie upstairs. Nice experience, shout-out for the help. Have a Heart is my new spot to unwind after class. Like Deon Sanders always preaches: TRUTH (TV's with NFL on Sunday?? coolest collective ever)

Atmosphere/Setting: I started going here about 2-3 months ago, and this has become my primary dispensary. They have a really great atmosphere with comfy couches and free coffee/tea among other amenities. The dab bar is really slick; it feels like a traditional alcohol based bar. I also really enjoy that they separate that section from the casual enjoyment area. I feel like once they are allowed by law to have coffee and food it will truly blossom. Med quality/quantity: The store on the lower level is very well stocked with the largest assortment of cannabis goods that I have seen (*disclaimer: I am relatively new to the space though). I only use a vaporizer with oil concentrates and they have a really nice selection from various local growers. However, their selection of concentrates does play a bit of second fiddle to the classic flowers also sold. My only complaint is consistency of the product being on the shelf. I don’t blame this really on HaveAHeart; although, as a consumer with picky taste it would be really great if I could find my perfect strain and be able to get it whenever the need arises. It currently feels a bit like a lottery when I come in to pick up. Service: The service level is really great. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I will admit some of the staffers are better than others when it comes to their knowledge and ability to translate cannabis jargon into terms a newbie can understand. However, I always love when I am able to have Chris or Tyler help me out; they have always been incredibly helpful at translating a lot of the lingo and help me pick out the perfect strain available. Lastly, have great deals often, plus freebies.

I drive 80 miles one way! It is always worth it. Zack and Tyler, the bud tenders, are great. The place has a great appeal as soon as you walk in. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I've been in many dispensaries...Pierce, King, Mason, Kitsap and Lewis Counties and this is the best place!!! Tops in my book!

Great spot, it's the "walking distance shop from my house" and is conveniently right across the road from a great Mexican Spot and Fred Meyer! I ventured to this location when it was a medical dispensary for a short-lived month or so, which was absolutely terrible. I'm glad to see that Have A Heart replaced it with rec, great atmosphere, and awesome staff! They also have great specials too

I'm a picky B**** and this place has all the fire weed.

Friendly service. Bummed they didn't have the lollipops I use and usually get from the Herb House in Ballard. Plus all the high CBD pills had gelatin. :[ Other than that, flower looked great and selection was plentiful.

At Have a Heart cafe they're really knowledgable about all their meds, their strains and strains that are similar to what you're looking for. Tyler and Q helped me get in and out there quick with the meds I was looking for.

I have been a long time customer at the cafe but I am new to Leafly :) One of the budtender's, Q has really gone out of his way to make sure I'm fully educated on my two favorite things, flower and edibles, which is why I'm taking the time to sing his praises on Leafly! I've been to many dispensaries but none that compare to the quality and service that I received from Q. He's always happy to answer your questions to the fullest so keep an eye out for him, he's always working at the cafe!

Contacted HAH after my dispensary closed. Damon (the Manager) promptly responded to my voicemail. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. . It is very obvious why this place receives such consistently high reviews !
