Have a Heart - Belltown

this place is great. my favorite, but I haven't been to a Have A Heart I didn't like.

Great location, there aren't too many recreational shops in downtown/SLU/queen anne so I'm glad this place exists. Always clean & friendly & has good prices with good people who help you make a selection.

Budtenders seem to not be able to prioritize their duties when they have a long line and only have one cashier, but a ton of employees dinking around in the product section.

Really cool space. Plenty of variety and visual menu makes shopping easy. Bring a pen and paper to keep track.

I'm am a 'rookie' smoker and I had no idea what was going on. All I knew was that I wanted certain things to happen when I smoked. Long story short, I spent a good 45 minutes with a budtender named Megan and she changed my world. Yeah the prices were good, the selection was overwhelming (in a good way), and the store was laid out quite beautifully; however, the main reason I will be a repeat customer was because of Megan and the way she treated me. This industry is all about customer service as a means to stand out from the competition and this place nails it.

This is my new favorite place. Nicole and Justin are fabulous and made me feel comfortable and relaxed while making decision and answered all my questions.

My third trip in and was helped immediately, once again by very friendly people. While shopping, the folks there were friendly and very helpful in answering my questions about types and effects of medicines they provide for us. Great place! I've been to a few other "name pharmacies" out there but found that Have A Heart is by far the best I've experienced. I'd go try it if I were you😎

The quality of everything tops uncle ikes by far. Its nice inside and clean, it is sadly kind of hard to find a non-busy floor worker to ask questions before i jump into the line but over all the whole experience is wonderful! I always get a quick budtender and they dont mind me asking a bunch of questions about the product i want to purchase.

Matt is awesome! Everyone at the shop is so great. You never feel rushed and they are super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry. Two thumbs up!!!!
