Love the HaH staff -- always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They called me as soon as an item I was looking for came back into stock, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately their inventory isn't like it was in the glory days, but that's more on the changing medical regulations than the store itself. Have a Heart has responded to this major market shift gracefully and I truly appreciate the level of customer care they've maintained in spite of the legal turbulence. <3

Now that I have time I wanted to write a detailed review on how amazing this shop was. I've been to a few and compassion is just as important as the products. Myk explained the difference in so many prodcuts. Being a newby, I really needed some education. I was trying to hurry and not be annoying and he was more than willing to let me go as slowly as I needed. He showed me so many good options and explained the differences. The prices are pretty decent as well. A tad bit higher than Denver but Seattle is more expensive. I hope you guys get in the little shooter/shot type drinks one day. Also Myk, I was so excited I'm terrible and forgot to tip! I'll be back though and hook you up next time! Thank you so much

Best recshop yet in Seattle! The service is amazing, the vibe is nice, the area is perfect and the weed is great quality. Found this place on a walk home, I live in the area! So excited to have such a great shop as my neighborhood go to spot for that kill!

First visit to Seattle and we stumbled upon this little treasure spot! Great selection of cannabis products along with a great staff! The assistant manager Damon was outstanding and went above and beyond in explaining there wide selection. In any case I highly recommend!

This is the dispensary I go to the most, even though I live in S. Everett. I have yet to visit any of their other locations, but the consensus among the budtenders I've talked to here is that this location is the best anyway. I started going here a couple years ago, not long after they opened, and didn't renew my authorization when it expired so when I came back recently after renewing I was totally BLOWN AWAY. They have at least 10x the selection they used to, across the board (edibles, buds, topicals, etc. EVERYTHING). Plus, they have a clone shop next door now, but I haven't been in there yet, either. I went in today looking for Blue Dream and I was impressed when the budtender (Carl, I think) was up front with me that it wasn't as high quality as usual, and recommended a couple of excellent alternatives. I ended up with an eighth of GSC Thin Mint (which is amazingly purple and smells SUPER) and a gram of Dutch Hawaiian that I'm excited to try. Sunday is 10% off day, so the bud plus a Vita Verde topical cream and three AC/DC CBD capsules (which both work amazingly well for my persistent back pain) was a great deal and I left extremely happy, as always. Carl hooked me up with everything I needed and THEN offered me a punch card, and I never turn down a punch card. They also have a passport-type thing going on now that if you go to all of their locations by Dec. 31st and get the card signed at each you can get a free eighth (and a free preroll at the cafe). Bottom line: The best spot in town if you're into high-quality meds, cool people, and good deals. I tell all my friends that they'll never want to go anywhere else once they go to Have a Heart. And they usually agree.

The staff was superb! We visit so many shops and this one has a huge selection and an awesome environment!
