Plenty of options for flower and concentrates. Not enough budtenders available for how busy they were though. Most impressive items were their dabstract & avitas products.

I've been to Have A Heart in Belltown many times since it opened and IMO it's the best pot shop in town. They have a wide range of quality products at fair prices, their budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful, and their loyalty program has saved me a lot of money over the years. I worked at another pot shop for a year, and have visited several others, but none of them is as dependable as Have A Heart. Thanks for the quality service!!!

Horrible budtender with glasses was extremely rude and to everyone in there esp to people Of color !!! Why is the name called have a heart but have heartless cold individuals working there !! We came in after my bday party dinner and wish we never did !!! The worst experience ever !! Don’t go here ! They don’t care about their customers or others apart of this industry! I have never in my years in this industry have been treated so bad coming into any dispensaries around the are and the world !

First off, the place is gorgeous. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka's factory: my mouth was hanging open, I wanted everything and I wanted it NOW. My Budtender (Myk?) was extremely helpful, answered my endless list of questions and helped me zero in on just what I needed. Incredible selection of just about everything. I will definitely be back every time I'm in Seattle, it's worth dealing with downtown traffic and parking. P.S. The *only* reason I'm giving 4 stars on quality is because I haven't used everything I bought yet, so I'm not 100% sure on it. But what I have used was superb, so I'm sure it will all be 5 stars.

Great quality bud at okay prices for Seattle, mixed with a speedy and friendly customer service (if one is a bit stern in presentation), filled with the slight annoyance of random hobo stank due to its location and sometimes belligerent guests. Hit it at certain times of the day to avoid the rush of homeless people hanging around asking for money and don't go down 3rd if you don't wanna get stabbed.

Great shop with many options. Just came from Colorado a lil different system but great product with help from a very knowledgeable staff. Paid what you'd think for some top shelf. Got some private reserve blob og smooth lush flavor with a very relaxing effect. Willies reserve la confidential some of the tastiest nugs I've had in a while the nitrogen seal must work. Great product and great shop would definitely return.

It's a great shop! I went to have a heart when there was only medical marijuana and I'm glad that I can still go there now. They have a large selection that's always changing (maybe it changes a little bit too much, in fact) but you can always find something you like in multiple price ranges. Now that the Belltown shop is open I like them even better for it's much closer to my home than greenwood (though I love the greenwood store as well)! Try Have a Heart, guys, you won't be disappointed.
