Great store! I will be coming back for sure. People were friendly and the feel of the place is super chill.

I am a budtender in the Portland area on a visit to Seattle. I’ve been here once before my last trip. The bud is awesome, the bud tender and staff are awesome and they offered me an industry discount. It’s the only shop I’ve been to in the area, but there’s really no reason to go anywhere else for me, as it’s extremely convenient as well. Top knotch shop! Thank you :)

I’m satisfied, parking could be better

They are very friendly, and answer all of my questions. I always find what I’m looking for.

Felt so rushed when I went. Cashier was not friendly. Budtenders were slammed but we’re friendly.

Came in here because I was downtown coming from Puyallup and I forgot to bring something,came in here super cool place but holy wow the prices were way to much,almost double what I pay for but I think that's just the convience factor on that one , if they dropped to 10/g I'd be here but I will say the art in and outside of this place, PHENOMENAL

best location and vey friendly

I have been a long time have a heart customer and always loved the people and meds. But at my last visit I bought some grapefruit diesel and when I ground up the first nug I found a seed. Many more to follow. for an ounce that is a $240 donation I expect a certain level of quality. I will go back because of my relationship with them, but I'm still disappointed.

I begin this statement with an apology. The budtender who helped me today was so patient and helpful with my ignorance on the newly acquired Airpros and Pax. Thank you so much to whoever sold me the pineapple sativa goods for my new toys this evening 45 mins before close. You were patient and kind, and I really appreciate such behavior. Cheers team.

Nice place. They give you five dollars off first visit and give you a punch card. After 6 donations you get a free gift.

I am a daily customer of Have a heart.It is truly the best pot shop in Seattle.The employees are helpful and knowledgable.The women staff are beautiful.Have a heart makes Uncle Ike's look like a crack house.This is gonna be my spot for a long time.

I think it's very convenient where it's at since I'm always downtown seattle...

Great selection and pricing. Very busy though, not enough staff. Had to wait almost an hour to buy one pre roll.

I've been to Have A Heart in Belltown many times since it opened and IMO it's the best pot shop in town. They have a wide range of quality products at fair prices, their budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful, and their loyalty program has saved me a lot of money over the years. I worked at another pot shop for a year, and have visited several others, but none of them is as dependable as Have A Heart. Thanks for the quality service!!!

While this has been the only dispensary I've used since getting my medical card, I am very happy with the product and customer service I receive at Have a Heart. I was initially reticent about asking questions, but all of the staff...Bill, Evan, Will, Carl and Josh, so far; have been kind and helpful. They understand the importance of a well-educated patient, and go out of their way to make suggestions for product as well as for information. Thank you!
