Great prices and allways a good selection. Only thing I don't like is when they automatically assume you want to round your change up for the last prisoner project and if you dont they dont seen to like it. I dont care about that charity ive been arrested for pot multiple times and no one ever paid my court lawyer probation fees etc other then that there great !

This location has really gone down hill. Super slow service. System is slow. Poor customer service.

There has nevr been a time that they answer the phone!!.today I have been calling since 11:30 am, no answer. All day,literally every 15 minutes And still no answer and its 3:39 pm.! Can not speak to anyone nor can you even leave a message,hoping for at least a call back,if to busy to answer?? Who can u complain too??? its terrible!! the quality of all products is always on point, service is absolutely the best! ( except nobody will answer the phone)this is my only pev. About this place,seriously!!!,it's totally annoying 🙄. Why isn't the phone ever answered at this place???,im surprised you're not loosing good business operating as if no one is there!!! SMh!!!

My license was stolen. On 12/20 I called and spoke to staff that assured me that my work ID with photo and bank card was sufficient to purchase something. Their words "Any photo ID is sufficient. On their word, I come in 12/21 to make a purchase. Been a regular customer since they opened. I was told that that information was incorrect, staff gave me the shittiest attitude as if I was trying to pull a scam and treated me with complete disrespect. This place has an incredibly high turnover because mmgmnt MUST suck if their employees aren't on the same page AND treating years long customers like scum bags. I will only go to Nirvana from hear on out. They have better prices consistently anyways. I've spent 100+ bucks here every week for years on end. Bye forever.

I absolutely love this dispensary, the products are great, bud tenders are excellent. I only have one complaint. My issue is with the parking lot, there is a fairly large whole in the lot that needs attention, before it causes to many issues. Fyi I'm still coming back, just placed my next order 😀

Health for life used to be my favorite place to go always looking out for the medical patient to give them a good deal ever since 420. NO MORE AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! They have disappointed the medical patients we pay the same price as the average person even though we have a medical card but they have no problems giving discounts to heroes 25% seniors 20% educators and teachers 20% people in the industry 20% compassionate 15% disability 15% we have to renew our medical card and have a meeting with a Doctor because it’s for medical purposes and other people get discounts and where the ones with the medical card I think we should be getting 25% off as well or very least 20% I think it’s very unfair that you charge us the same and give others discounts when we’re medical patients so disappointed my favorite store I’m going to have to BOYCOTT until things change meaning they need to take care of their medical patients better

I did preorder on the 19th to avoid going inside , but I never got a notification to let me know when it was ready. I ended up going inside waiting for quite awhile. When I got in there the girl was coo, she rang everything up and it came to a different price and I was like wtf. But turns out it was a different price because I wasn’t medical in their system. So that’s a quick fix. But turns out since I was a first time medical patient I got $50 off. BOOP! So I was able to get an extra 7g of my fav Snoop OG. I walked out a happy customer.
