I have been a caregiver for a family member and purchased stuff from this dispensary for years. However, once recreational became legal, I started having issues with using my caregiver/family members medical card here and they insisted that it was expired, despite pulling up the info on the MCC information on the website showing that it was very much valid. The employee dealing with me was rude and talked down to me as if I was a child or a drug addict. Ironically, I am a physician myself who is certified to prescribe marijuana so listening to her explain the process as if I was a child was laughable. I was able to go half a mile down the street to another dispensary who could verify my, and my patients, information that was up still valid. It was very obvious that this location wants to increase prices on recreational users and decrease the benefits of a medical patient. I emailed the store and never received an email back. I will not be using this location again or referring my patients here.

This was really great and helpful for medical patients before it became legal for rec. Now the prices are extremely high and the medical patients are being screwed because we don't get the deals and specials we use to get. The prices are way to high now I use to get an ounce for $99.00 dollars now they are almost 200 to 300 dollars. Crazy. The staff are nice prices suck.

One of the best dispensary chains in Maryland. Their discounts are stackable. The only complaint is the whoever orders the flower seems to mainly order 3.5g & rarely a decent supply of half & full ounces. I guess so they make more money. Today I purchased an ounce of ice cream cake (sun med) but I had to purchase 8 x 3.5gs so it cost me $80 more than 1 x 28g of ice cake would have cost. As medical users we want 28g & 14g options. 3.5g are for children & first time users. We want to buy in bulk to save like Walmart or Costco. Please fix & show loyalty to your customers. (Some dispensaries will give you the 28g price when you buy 8 x 3.5g).

i been coming for years, I like the selection & sales they offer.

I have been a medical patient for the past seven years and by far I’ve had the worst experience at this location. Never thought I would say that because it’s been my go to store since I’ve been a patient, but I’ve been calling them for the past five days trying to redeem a credit for a disposable vaporizer that was Defective and I’ve been getting nothing but the runaround I was told they would be out on the floor in a half an hour spoke with multiple people, including managers and it seems like I’m just a pawn in their game. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have literally called them every day since Wednesday today is Sunday And the menu has been updated multiple times with tons of new product but yet somehow the product I have a credit for seems to just be laying in a vault SMH totally ridiculous. I’ve spent over $50,000 shopping with them in the past seven years so looks like after this, I will be taking my Business elsewhere I’m done with this place was the best when all the old employees were there now it’s went to complete shit.
