I’ve been going to health for life ever since I got my card, I usually go to the McDowell location, as it’s about 2 miles from home. The Crismon location has been going downhill with their service. Everything is great except the service. No matter how busy or slow they are, I always get a text saying my order will be ready in 45 mins to an hour!! Mcdowell has never taken longer than 20-30 mins. Most of the time it takes them 10 mins from the time I place the order. There’s times where I’ve purposely walked in before my order is ready to see what’s really going on. More than a couple times I’ve walked in and nobody was in the lobby or the medicine room, but yet my order still wasn’t even ready. I seriously think they’re screwing with their customers. I avoid this location at all costs now unless they have something that McDowell doesn’t have. I highly recommend going to McDowell or Ellsworth. Me and my friends have had nothing but terrible service for the past few months at Crismon. They’re terrible to their customers!

Love that there is a Health for life location closer to me now. They always have great quality Flower good prices and amazing service !!!! I got 3 different strains when I was there JG OG ,9lb hammer and GG#5 all were very tasty. The Crismon store will be my go to place from now on. Thanks for being there for us who truly need this medicine. With the use of medical marijuana I have been able to totally get off all opiate's and other narcotics and have better pain management now then with them.
I’m a regular dabber so I figured I’d pick up the new Black Label concentrate in two different strains to try it out and it made me sick- Definitely some black label stuff. Avoid this one.

Lots has changed... Now u can't even hold the flower samples to smell... Apparently the state cracked down on them for some reason.. The passed few months quality has deteriorated as well... Used to be my go to place... Now I have to look elsewhere

Dope place... I just can’t go in and select what I want which is kinda a problem because I’m playing a guessing game with small steamy buds or big fresh dank buds, going for the same price... Superb delivery has been doing lots of work shoutout and thanks to them. 👌🏻
Don’t really understand how i can go into cold stone and get ice cream and cake made, but can’t go into a medical marijuana dispensary with my card to see some nice buds.
WORST dispensary I’ve visited between California and Arizona by far. Made a purchase via online last week which was required. During my 30 minute wait I filled out my fist time patient paper work and was told I could add at the window. Upon arriving at the window I was told I couldn’t add to my order and I would receive my deal on my next visit. So today I ordered online expecting health for life to uphold there deal. After my 35 minute wait at the counter I was told I couldn’t be helped because the employe forgot to put notes. Spoke to a manager but was told it’s not there fault they didn’t put notes on the account ...... if your thinking about using this location save your time and money. -2

Terrible experience today. Was prepared to spend $150. Just walked out now because I was asked to leave. I’ve been coming to you since the beginning. Your budtender was very rude. I explained I was being overstimulated as I was being rushed to make a purchase decision. I was told not to learn on the glass by two budtenders in less than 20 seconds. I’m not sure what they were seeing, but I had my hands resting on my wallet on top of the glass. I was not leaning. Tried to communicate this and the budtender cut me off to tell me he’s just doing his job. Never once apologized. I asked for the best deal and couldn’t remember the deal I had saved on my phone. Tried to pull it up at time to pay and the budtender disciplined me yet again to tell me I couldn’t be on my phone… to check YOUR website to confirm that the information he had provided was accurate. This young man had huge attitude, and ruined my visit. I left and will not be returning again. As a reminder, if you have a medical patient, and they especially ask for patience, and you fail to give that to them, you’re going to lose business. I will go to the other location from now on. Big FAIL today. 😞
I love the store and the people. That’s why I keep coming back. Online shopping was BOOTY. Not all avail items showing online. Extremely Disappointed
Superb delivery to this location is no good. Had delivery for 2-4 and at 6 got a rejected message with no reason. Ugh!

I gave them hours to get my order ready and I had to call them to get any information about it. They cancelled my order due to "I didn't do it right". Yet, I followed the link sent to me by them.

3rd day in a row delivery cancelled. I called was re assured 3 hours ago that two people were in front of me 😂😂 guess I’ll take my thousands of dollars a year somewhere else, I’m patient but don’t do liars. Too bad bud is bomb here
Crazy, I told management the situation with my medicine and he literally laughed at my face and said there’s no way that the containers are less than a gram. Honestly if I can post pics and show I would.. but manager clearly didn’t want to help and could’ve easily gave me MPX information so I can relay it to them. But here I am ... last time that’s for sure.

If you want to be misled, lied to, and basically feel like you're not appreciated, then this is the dispensary for you. Because of my experience at the store today I will never shop at any of those that are connected to that one. Not any of them ever again.
If you do online orders or are in a rush don't go here. The security guard makes you wait outside at the end of the line like everyone else. Online orders mean nothing to them at this location

I placed an order on Leafly, picked out my products. When I arrived I had to wait outside then called inside. I understand that with all that’s going on. When inside I expressed to a young blond headed male that the products did not look like what I ordered online. He argued with me “ Well that’s what you ordered”. I said well the product I ordered is not what your giving me, please look in my history and can you exchange that. “ This is what you ordered “. I said maybe I’m not explaining myself but that’s not what I ordered. He then tells me to go wait in the waiting room. Then he preceded to treat me like a child. I will not be back !!
I tried calling over 20 times throughout the day to check on my delivery. One delivery went to the wrong location and you cancelled it and told me to reorder and that you “FOR SURE” will get back out to me TODAY. You just canceled my second order. I’ve been waiting almost 7 hours to get one damn order from you guys and you are the least bit helpful.
Placed online order got skipped 3 times by walk in what was the point no reason to come for a deal if u can’t even get back to get your order

I had a wonderful first time experience. Jonathan helped me and I came off with more then expected and paid way less then expected. I will be returning.
