Ordered online, ordered was put together quickly and was notified within 5 minutes. Was in and out of the store in under 5 minutes. Good fast Service with a Smile.
The lady at the front desk said they were short staffed so she checked me out for my online order while checking in more customers! She got me in and out of there SO fast!!! So much love for her!!!
Every time I go to this dispensary the bud tenders are knowledgeable, kind, and always let you know the latest deals (they have really good ones!). 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars!

:( I used to shop here when I first got my card (2019) but they have completely changed!?! So I haven’t shopped here in awhile and placed an order yesterday wanting to give some business- took over two hours to receive a message sayings my order was ready, went there and was told I had to sign in and wait.. waited an hour and a half and the outside service we just appalling, From customers and staff. Extremely disappointing and that will be the last time I visit there. While I was waiting in the parking lot I called Nirvana (where I usually go) and placed an order there and was able about to get everything from there within 45 minutes 👍🏻
I had went in to pick up an online order that consisted of 2- 1g pre rolls from jeeter. I went and after getting my items realized I was charged more $50 more and I had looked and seen two packs of the baby jeeter prerolls which I DID NOT want. Idk why they can’t inform me they didn’t have it or just put in an entirely different item. I’m really hating picking up items from both McDowell and crimson if it’s not flower only. They need to properly advertise what they have and tell the person if it’s in stock or not when they arrive.

I ordered on line and after checking my credentials, my package was there to purchase.
I was given the wrong eighth. I had to call once home because the bag was packed. Thr manager informed me I'd get a free eighth the next time. This free eighth was not notated in my file, so I paid for a strain that made me anxious and feel awful. I'm not a pleased customer..
