I have been a longtime customer of H4L since medical legalized in AZ. But Seriously reconsidering now. Recently bought a half ounce of gelato for $120 from the Crismon location as a pick up order. Realized when I got home that it has seeds in it, not Evan actual buds, just dark green leaf shaped like buds. I’m shocked they’re even selling it let alone at that price point. I don’t drive from rack years ago and I can’t get a hold of anybody through phone or email. I recommend H4L other locations, but definitely not this one!

Staff sucks, not loyal to local and frequent customers, horrible customer service. Not enough weekly deals on preferred brands or discounts. No gift with purchase or in store ambassadors. Didn’t offer a preroll for my birthday after I’ve shopped in your store for around 5 years. I only will shop at this location if I have no other options. Nirvana is my current jam spot and they are fabulous with great customer service.

I ordered online to speed up my service. My order was cancelled. No one called, messaged, or informed me when I arrived that it was cancelled. Waited a long time. Communication was horrible. Not an apology or an offer to make my experience better. It was flat.
