I love this dispensary, but you guys don't answer your phones!!!

First time at this location was a good experience. Quick and easy

Great Place! Only place I shop anymore. Easy, kick back.

Bud is good quality but don't understand why they pay a guard that doesn't enforce anything i.e wearing a mask. Another customer walked in stated his condition exempts him from wearing a mask. Um sorry maybe you shouldn't be smoking if you can't wear a mask and shame to the dispensary that still sold to him. Won't be back after this.

I have to say I went in for something different, ended up with three strains suggested by the budtenders. Berry White is very nice.

This dispensary really feels like home. Everyone here treats you great. They go farther than just taking your order, they go the extra mile and see what can help you the most. 11/10 would recommend to anyone

Still waiting for an order to be processed 75 minutes later. How on earth do you think you can handle recreational when you can't even get product out the door now? An hour an a half for a Leafly order is unacceptable.

here for the 710 deal, good deal and good quality. however they had 2 bud tenders on a holiday with a bogo.. completely broken system allowing pick up on such a busy day. I showed 20 minutes before they opened and waited over a hour to get back, its 98 degrees out.. get your shit together, used to love this place.

This is my go to dispensary. They have regular weekly deals that help me stretch my dollar and cater to my needs. The lines get long, but today they blew through like pros! Everyone working behind those doors has been totally cool and happy to help.

Security is rude, and buds are ok.

Did a pickup order, made a mistake on the order (accidentally put 3 oz on order) no texts or emails asking to fix basket, show up, the man is like, “Your order is 2 oz”. I do not acquire mmj every week, or even every month! But I know I have allotments up to 2.5 oz. That’s an additional 14 grams! Plus the special was spend $100 get a free joint. Nope! He was short, rude, didn’t care I am hard of hearing and struggling to understand him. Plus I really wanted edibles!!! I had plenty of grams left!!! I haven’t been to McDowell location in a long time, now I remember why!! I only chose this location because they had a specific strain that has been awesome for me. The place was EMPTY too, so he was a complete jerk, I don’t even know why I left good vibes tip.😩

My order was confirmed, and not one message, text or call that what I ordered was out of stock. People order specific products for a reason. I didn't appreciate you subbing something without notifying me.. I wasted money on a ride, just to find out this... So done with health for life

I never thought I would give H4L a one star rating. However, when I got home I decided to weigh an 1/8th I purchased today. It was 2.9 oz WITH THE PACKAGING! How long have they been shorting customers? Yeah, it may be a mistake, or it may be a little here and there, but it's MY money being spent and I expect what was promised. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Really disappointed in the cold customer service at this location. Mcdowell used to be a place where everyone knew your name and had a smile on their face. Patient consultants seemed happy to see you and chat— even for a pick up order. I’m currently pregnant & shop here for my husband who doesn’t want to pay recreational prices and only come here for the close proximity to my home, otherwise I wouldn’t have a reason to come back. Things have really changed over the years and it sucks to be treated poorly. I don’t know if it’s because I’m pregnant or because of how I was dressed but the energy has me wanting to look elsewhere.

I went here to buy Sour Kush and it smells nothing like Sour Kush. It smells nothing like weed. It smells like powdered milk or something. Ended up buying Dicots and Valley OG, they were disgust and literally stagnant tasting. This stuff needs thrown in the garbage not put on the shelf. Especially not the top shelf. Won't return, if they keep stuff like that on the shelf.

They had the whole plant medication i was looking for will be back for sure
