The pick up order situation is a shit show. They only allowed phone orders and app orders but wait an hour and half to get three things filled then when you get saying it’s ready you have another 3 hour wait to get in the building with no update on where you are in line. Definitely do not recommend this for a smooth pick up

I will never visit this location again..Made an online order,got message saying items were ready to be picked up and upon arrival i had a 45 minute wait with only 5 people ahead of me..Security seemed as he was lost calling me three times when dispensary wasnt ready for me and then they forgot to place an item in my bag and,now,i have to drive 20 miles out of my way to get it on a Monday when I am in the area on the weekends..VERY DISAPPOINTED AS THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME I HAD BAD SERVICE AT "ANY" SHOP...THANKS BUT NO THANKS

So I like this place very much, this is a universal complaint. The specials are never clear enough, they don't show up when you are adding things to your cart and most of the time, most all dispensaries neglect to put the strains, or they put the wrong strain. So I order get there are see I've ended up with a hybrid or a sativa, when I really wanted an indica. I have to stop and re order or change my order and that takes time. I just wish if you're going to take the time to put these on your website, take pride in your job and do it right. And this is not a complaint assumed solely at H4L, it is an issue I have seen all over Leafly. Thanks in advance for cleaning up you're data stream. It benefits everyone.

so just like every one els I was excited about 20% off witch was cool and all and I got some GDP ( was not purple and did not do it for me) but I smoked it non the less and returned about a week later just because I live so close ... I got an eighth of bubba kush and an eighth of Disney OG . the Disney was so small o guess it was dense ... and the bubba ... had 13 seeds in the bag and I was still charged top shelf 110 quarter price .. no free pre roll or any thing and I called and spoke to manager and he said they " can not assure there will not be seeds and they never have seen seeds in the bubba" so my quad magicly got pollinated .... get it together and grow some quality meds or at least credit me the dif. from a top shelf to mid twards my next order but no.. nothing at all... not a free pre roll or any thing. I have never seen that kinda thing with the seeds sense reggies in highschool. gl

Not to name any names...but I will say initials lol...but E.G.C. sell Health for Life's very own in house brand MPX concentrates for $25 a gram every day compared to $45 a gram that H4L charges....kinda strange. So today they decide to have a sale 3g of shatter for $75....cool...so I thought. You can't call in your order like every other item because it's on sale......W.T.F. Is that. Basically what I took from it is that you expect your customers to drop what they are doing when they get a text from you about a sale if you want to guarantee that you taking the time to drive there will produce what you as a customer set out to get....what a joke. You just lost a loyal customer-_-

Literally No point in ordering online. it will take longer for you to get in that way. this is ridiculous. i ordered on leafly 2.5 hours ago. and now im here and has to wait 10mins in my car to be texted AGAIN. So i then went inside, just to be told there are a few people in front of me? what? how is that when i ordered 2.5 hours ago and i got here before some people that are being helped.

this place needs to get ther act together I placed an online order waited 1 hour and 30 minutes never received a notification and still got me stuff faster waiting in the line and they think there ready for recreational dont think I'll come back once it goes rec in april

place an order 2 hours ahead of time get a text tell you that it's ready show up get in line again wait in your car for 45 minutes get a text again to come inside to wait in line some more. Pretty much defeats the entire purpose of placing orders ahead of time. I would suggest avoiding this location unless you got some free time to kill.

Placed an order at 1:30 today and didn’t receive the confirmation text until 2 hours later. Upon arrival it came to my surprise that you also have to check in out front and wait a prolonged amount of time before you can even enter the premises to pay for that said order placed hours in advance. It is now 5:37 and it’s been well over 4 hours since the order was placed and the employees out front won’t tell you where you are at in line so don’t bother. Hoping I can get my medicine before the store closes with its new corona hours 👎🏻 Current pick up times are a shit show.

Stay away from the Black Label cured resin shatters.... not only are there too high of residual solvents and heavy metals but its really not shatter its not even pull and snap shatter its very gooey and extremely hard to work with. I get it only 18 a gram but this is supposed to be medical quality right? Just be warned its not even worth 18 a gram really...

Got my online order wrong with only one item! Now I know why my will call took so long. H4L made a mistake THEN gave me the wrong item. Not to mention the patient came in after me and still got their stuff before I did. Watch out for the security guard, ladies! the old man has a wandering eye. Also, this is the second post I had to make because they only allow good reviews.

what the heck going on? no menu, both other locations are closed, and the number isn't working. I was just trying to make an order for pickup but cant seem to do that

have called multiple times it just beeps like they've disconnected their phone. they say they only take phone orders but I have no way of contacting??? unprofessional

This is the second time I’ve ordered via the pickup service only to find the information shown on the app to be incorrect. I ordered Ghost Lime Pop batter (with a pic of shatter next to it) for $20. I got there and was told the batter is really $30. I was told Leafly takes 24 hours to update from the day prior (although the price was updated immediately after I left the dispensary) and that $20 wasn’t going to happen. Disappointing.

I was just in there to pick up a Leafly order. but they couldn't find one of the items they had listed on Leafly and they weren't willing to work with me to find out the THC percentages like Leafly lists. so instead of making $180 purchase they let me leave making no purchase at all. You can tell by my username I choose health for life a lot. Or rather I used to. I'm looking for a new dispensary starting today.

on my second visit to Health for Life I purchased two items one being CBD RUB. The next day when putting some on I noticed there was hardly anything in the container and the little bit that was there was on the lid. I took it back to store but they wouldn't do anything about it. In the future I'll be shopping elsewhere if this is how they treat new customers.

Disorganized. Wive been waiting for over an hour on a online order that they said was ready.

The fact that H4L offers a 5 percent discount for Veterans, seniors, disabled but 20 percent for DA?!! I stopped going here long ago, when they went from 15 percent to 5 percent discount for Veterans. What a slap in our face 😡 Appearantly DA need the medicine more than we the patients do. This is just another scheme to cater to "users" instead of disabled Veterans and Seniors who live on fixed income. Shame on you H4L! Time for a section in Phoenix New Times.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Took 20 extra minutes to find the place and it wasn't open. We heard people behind the door and they advertised being open at 8, which is why we went. Very hard to find hole-in-the-wall location. Left after knocking a few times and looking like an idiot on the front step. VERY DISSATISFIED DON'T GO HERE.

Place is like the discount bargain barrel for cannabis products. Most products are very old and bought cheap from third party wholesale companies. Only decent flower they get is GS and the employees hold for their buddies.

Got home to all of my sauces on the lid. $50 a product and 3/4 is on the lid....come on..
