Health for Life - McDowell

Placed an order at 1:30 today and didn’t receive the confirmation text until 2 hours later. Upon arrival it came to my surprise that you also have to check in out front and wait a prolonged amount of time before you can even enter the premises to pay for that said order placed hours in advance. It is now 5:37 and it’s been well over 4 hours since the order was placed and the employees out front won’t tell you where you are at in line so don’t bother. Hoping I can get my medicine before the store closes with its new corona hours 👎🏻 Current pick up times are a shit show.

Stay away from the Black Label cured resin shatters.... not only are there too high of residual solvents and heavy metals but its really not shatter its not even pull and snap shatter its very gooey and extremely hard to work with. I get it only 18 a gram but this is supposed to be medical quality right? Just be warned its not even worth 18 a gram really...

Got my online order wrong with only one item! Now I know why my will call took so long. H4L made a mistake THEN gave me the wrong item. Not to mention the patient came in after me and still got their stuff before I did. Watch out for the security guard, ladies! the old man has a wandering eye. Also, this is the second post I had to make because they only allow good reviews.

have called multiple times it just beeps like they've disconnected their phone. they say they only take phone orders but I have no way of contacting??? unprofessional

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Took 20 extra minutes to find the place and it wasn't open. We heard people behind the door and they advertised being open at 8, which is why we went. Very hard to find hole-in-the-wall location. Left after knocking a few times and looking like an idiot on the front step. VERY DISSATISFIED DON'T GO HERE.

I usually have a great visit but today was different. Your security guard was rude and extremely unhelpful. I made the mistake of checking in before getting the text about my order being ready. I went up to ask him what I should do once I got the text that my order was ready. He was upset that I checked in before getting the message and told me that maybe the people inside will still honor my check in. I asked how I would know if they do and he replied that I just would never be called is how I would know. I asked if there was any other was other than sitting out in the car for who knows how long in the heat waiting for something that he told me might come or might not and he said it was my only option. Mixed feelings about going back.

the wait time is ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

Nice place but never worth the 45 min wait because they only have 2 sales people total. Happens every time I try to go. Faster to drive to crimson then wait here

This is the second time I’ve ordered via the pickup service only to find the information shown on the app to be incorrect. I ordered Ghost Lime Pop batter (with a pic of shatter next to it) for $20. I got there and was told the batter is really $30. I was told Leafly takes 24 hours to update from the day prior (although the price was updated immediately after I left the dispensary) and that $20 wasn’t going to happen. Disappointing.

The best shop in town hands down. May be bias because I work here but haven’t been to a better and more friendly shop yet

Health for life is where I would go every time if they weren't so far from where I live. They have a great selection of meds at great prices!

I've been going to Health for Life for almost 2 years now, and they never fail to disappoint. The quality and selection of products is amazing, and every bud tender I've had has been so knowledgeable and helpful. Their new store is gorgeous, and there is more seating in the waiting room; which is great considering they seem to be getting busier and busier!

I have been a patient at Health for Life since February, also I am a Veteran. When I filled out the patient application I did indicate that I am a veteran. I have not received any veterans discount on any purchases since joining Health for Life.

Health For Life had a very clean office. That was the first thing I noticed. They were very professional, informative, nonjudgmental, polite, and helped me with every question & concern. They made me feel comfortable right away.
