I occasionally visit 3 or 4 different shops but this is my Regular GO TO place. They have Great Prices , Lots of daily specials and most importantly AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Twice in the last year I've had an issue with a product ( cartridge , tincture) and of course I'm the guy who looses his receipt before even leaving the store but they still took care of me and made things right. My HEROS !!!

Loved this store! It was my first experience purchasing recreational cannabis and the staff here made it a memorable experience. This place is really out of my way, but I will continue to frequent it because not only was it a fun atmosphere, but every employee was engaged and informative. The cannabis was top notch too! Also got a free container which was a plus :-)

Nice place. Very good selection of products. Prices were middle of the road. My biggest complain is that both times I've been here they clearly don't have enough staff to handle the traffic. You're waiting in line for a while and then when you get the budtender they want to take your order and get you out without any time to talk about the strains and give advice.

Great Place I Love This Place.. The people that work here are the best the customer service is the best ive seen. Ryan was very professional,courteuos,helpful,well mannered,well educated great knowledge.. The people that greet you at the door are very polite and do a great job, very proessional. The herb has always been great no complaints. I am a night owel and when they changed their hours from midnight to ten I was bummed, oh well keep up the good work. Thank you..

I've stopped by this place a few times while in the Bothell area. The shop itself is pretty small but the product was good quality and the staff was friendly. Not the priciest shop around but definitely not the cheapest either.

I'm so pleased this store is open and making history in WA and the US, first of all. Secondly, I was in and out in just a couple minutes, got exactly what I needed and wanted. Can't wait until the supply picks up and the edibles are available. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, y'all!

they only thing this place is missing is decent vaporizer set ups and accessories their flower is amazing and oils are good price and selection.

Be wary. They had a menu item for C02 vape cartridges listed as "Sour Diesel" a pure sativa, come to find after purchase it is in fact "NYC Diesel" a hybrid. Very disappointed in the bait and switch. Perhaps an honest mistake on their part, but c'mon. Really?

I came in on Friday 10minutes before closing time at MIDNIGHT, wow, and I was greeted by a nice handsome guy who reassured me 10 minutes was long enough for a last minute purchase. Inside I excused myself for being late and was told not to worry. Lots of choices in herb and some edibles not much BHO. They had a prefilled pen with some hash oil. Prices as I expected were more than street prices but this night, when my plans fell through, I was jolly for Herbal Nation. Thanks for staying open late. Btw i drove up from Federal way.

I go in right after work. There's this little barn. on the outside a giant poster is plastered, from the road it looks like a game of twister was posted on the wall, little various badges about strains of pot or something. You walk inside, a nice dude, tall handsome drink of water cards you. He's a chill dude, soon as you check out, he motions you with a smile to move on to the little line that is formed between 2 poles (Line dividers you would see at a super market) You hit the midsection and another cool dude shakes your hand. He asks my name, I respond politely "Michael brother and you" (I'm pretty high right now I think his name was) "Jake." he replied kindly. He seems like the resident converser, a convivial type, keeping you in a good mood while you wait. He starts to ask me "So what are you in the mood for", I said "The premo", "Well, we got Blue dream which is at 24% THC but we also have a strain that's a little less potent and you will save about $10s a gram" I nod and just said "Ya the premo", One of the lovely check out ladies politely waits, her register is open and she lets the conversation I'm having with Jake go on a bit more before she says "I can help whose next" Jake walks me to the counter to let me know I can get 5 percent off if I write this review on purchase, I let him know "I'll do it later man" and smile. You walk up to a glass display case, the cash registers on the counter another case like it near the entrance. They got some pretty hot women working there, then again I am always a sucker for chill, laid back, dark humor, but all in good fun kinda women. Made jokes about no longer having to get stabbed and raped, she replies "Unless you ask to be". The moment in there was quick and pleasant, we were all just glad to be here, hanging out if only for a moment, sharing that breath in the moment, all the while in the backs of all of our brains there is that sense of freedom. You are walking out of a store, with 2 grams of pot, and your gonna go home, take 3 hits of it in your pipe and write some TLDR post about a pretty damn cool little barn just sitting on Bothell Everette HWY. Price - Eh, its up there, but I'll keep plopping down cash here in there to keep them afloat while the inflated prices (reasons seem to be up for debate now) go down. Gotta keep the good guys alive, and from this experience, they are worth keeping around. Also, Premo Blue Dream. I hit this 3 times. I normally come down from 10 hits of good stuff in about a hour. I figured my tolerance was getting to high but just 3 hits of this made me think I either need a refund from my previous dealer, or these guys got a customer for life. Works Great for me!

I came here the day they opened & was impressed with their selection and their staff. Since then, I've returned a dozen times. I've noticed their atmosphere getting a bit 'snobby' and you are always rushed because of the line. With so many (constantly changing) growers & strains, I want time to look & choose. You can't see product when only one or two customers can get up to the counter. I'll come back during their slower hours.
