I've been coming here since they opened and have always received exceptional customer service and great product. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and have always been patient with my newb questions. :) Highly recommended! (also really glad the prices have come down a bit)

Went back to the store after my first visit to return a bad 3-1 Vape. I expected that I wasn't going to get any satisfaction. Wow, was pleasantly surprised. The ID guy got Joe the manager to speak with me. Joe took me to his office next door to the shop. We talked about the problem and the price. He was genuinely concerned and very respectful. I ended up with more expensive Vape and a discounted gram of Blue Dream to make sure I was happy. Great customer service, I will keep shopping there.

I've been coming to Herbal Nation since it opened and it is the only store I go to now. The prices are below market, their pre-rolls are cheap and delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable; every person in there knows their strains and can tell you just about anything - even when it comes to baking your own edibles! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill and inexpensive experience.

I love all of the staff there. We have a good time when I go in to make a purchase. IF I ever make a comment that the last strain I bought was dry or any complaints, they listen and make suggestions for something else I might want to try. I am a loyal customer. Relationships are everything, in any business.

The folks who work here are great. I do have some criticism on one product: "Optimimum Flavored Cartridges", 1gram, $50. This oil product is diluted. Perhaps as much as half of it is "additives". I use several brands of oil cartridges and refills. All of them predictably, consistently last me for 19-21 days. This Optimum went 11 days. Not even close. I was aware of it right away when I saw I needed to ingest much more than usual to obtain my typical dosage. Not really a good buy in my opinion. Cheers.

This is my go-to recreation store. The shop is small, but they are well stocked, reasonably priced, and they have a super friendly, knowledgeable staff that can answer any questions you might have. Plus their suggestions have always been spot on. I definitely recommend Herbal Nation.

I purchased a Juju joint and it fell apart the first day. I have had to continue inserting the end piece before using. For the cost I am not impreseed with the craftsmanship and value. Staff was very nice though.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to walk a neophyte through the latest products available. The atmosphere is friendly though the physical environment could use a few sound absorbing materials (e.g. rugs) as it gets loud.

And DONE! bought a vape cartridge, following their defective cartridge return policy, I went back to the store, was told there was nothing wrong with the item they sold me, the problem was my charger. they sold me another charger, guess what? the defective vape is still defective. I will not be back, cause that is some bs!
