A great place for all of your needs. The budtenders are very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. Had my ID checked 3 different times. A bit excessive given the fact each time they scanned the barcode on the back. On top of that, EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO TOUCHED MY ID did not SANITIZE PRIOR TO TOUCHING IT NOR WERE ANY OF THEM WEARING GLOVES. Claimed if my ID wasn’t checked a 3rd time, the “MANAGER” would get mad. I know the rules of the OLCC and no where do they require each individual bud tender to check ID. They might have great flower from some amazing farms, but the shop itself is terrible. The bud tenders that work there, are even worse. No personality. No knowledge about their product. I used to come here to try certain farms products. Won’t be back. I’ll go to Truth for Eugreen/Geek/Deep Creek/Evans Creek products from now on.

This place is great. The employees know their jobs very well, and are very informative. They are really friendly and nice. I enjoy going there.

I've been in several times and am always super happy with the budtenders and their helpful knowledge. I ask lots of questions and they're always so kind and understanding. I'm new to Salem, and although I've only been to one other dispensary, Herbal Remedies is #1 in my book. Thanks, guys!

i rolled with my brother to grab a few pre rolls at this location he grabbed a 1 gram grape who and chemodo breath after smoking both i feel very lifted and everything is funny good experience

Great and friendly service. Brandon and his staff are very knowledgeable. Gotta love the Happy Hour discounts between 1-3pm [daily] discount as a first time buyer is an added bonus too. **I also like that their products are NOT pre weighed out.

The two staff members that were taking care of all of our pain in the butt 101 questions with all of the knowledge to answer every last one of them not to mention both of them were very pleasant to talk to... I’m a chill guy but I was just in here waiting in line and a lady who was friends with all the workers called me creepy on the way out. Don’t appreciate it and I’m not coming back unless I get free dabs on your mean friends behalf.

Although the physical location is difficult to get into and out of the parking lot with very limited parking spots, doesn’t matter whatsoever when you see the selection and variety here! By FAR the best selection and variety of strains of flower in town! Prices are great and the service is superior. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff. This is now my go to dispensary in Salem!

all the bud tenders are super kind. honest about the products too. pretty excited you dropped prices on bobsled. now i don't have to go down the street to get it anymore.

This place has great products and a selection for everyone but recently visited and asked to split an 1/8th. I watched the budtender weigh out two different strains and on the second strain I noticed he put 1.5 in the dram. Told him to back the train up. He shorted me on both of my drams and if I hadn’t of noticed would of walked out short. If this was 10 years ago on the streets id of stomped on this kid. Watch the scales!!

Staff is extremely knowledgable as well as good medicine! They are focused on getting clean meds out to customers instead of focusing on profits. Defiantly recommend these guys if your in Salem!
