1st time patient was a horrible experience, I waited for my online and watched 6 people (3 also new) go back before me and came in after me! went back and my tender was cool asf she made me feel welcome and made up for the front staff being not very friendly and not very organized! 2nd visit was better. Waaay better vibe coming in, but found out my paperwork was lost from the 1st time! not going to lie I was a little irritated but filled it out (front desk staff was A-mazing!). disappointed this time because I brought my husband for his 1st time and he got a few things in his bag for being 1st time, and I'm a little (lot) salty! how come I didn't get a punch card, jar, air freshener, pen, lanyard, or anything! cool tho I'll keep going cause yall are close but I needed to let yall know I was a little disappointed. overall 2nd time was a way better experience and I appreciate your staff making us feel welcome and even apologizing for the last time. peace, love and happiness always.

This place is okay. There is nothing here that is a wow- factor here for me, hence the dull review. I come here because it’s home to vapen carts so they will always have the best deals in the valley on them. It is solely what keeps me coming back. The staff is fine, the place is clean, masks are MOSTLY worn properly (but the staff likes to show their nose quite a bunch!) and for someone who uses this medicinally, I can’t afford to be sick so lots of “hey, can you cover your nose while we are dealing together?” Which shouldn’t have to be - we are all adults. Now to the point of this review!! I mentioned I come here because they are the makers of the vapen brand, specifically the vapen carts. I am the type of smoker that switches between hybrid/indica/ sativa throughout my day and it was fucking awesome that the carts were color coded (green/purple/orange) so I knew what I was smoking. They’ve come out with a few new flavors recently and I’m noticing that all of them are marked with black emblems. Some of the older flavors I like are also coming this way. There’s no color coordination to the carts anymore. That is something that is very frustrating to me. It looks like I’m going to have to go back to ROVE exclusively as they do mark their carts by name and by color. I still do you like the Vapen cart, but this small change will change both where I shop for my medicine and the brand of cart that I buy in the future.

Forever my favorite place, best deals and thc in PHX. HWC used to only be on Indian school. I learned the trick to getting out fast from dispos that are so popular is to place an ONLINE ORDER. I’ve never struggled with the express lane! I absolutely love the staff here and the service is always positive for how many ungrateful ass patients they deal with.

if your thinking of making a trip specifically for that, AGENT ORANGE smokers beware it's not the original agent orange. This has no orange flavor, like one would dream about from back in the day..... The other trees are still pretty good no lack of flavor so still shop here again
