love where this is located, has been my favorite dispensary for a while glad they have expanded locations. also Maddy who answers the phone is extremely helpful.

Love the staff and have been comings here since day one when they opened and you will not find a better place to buy some weed!

There are two Herbal Wellness location and honestly the north location is no close to me at all but I will go to this location every time because the customer service you receive before you get back to the floor or even once you are back there is always great. I can not say that I have the same experiences when I am at the West location. Guess it too they the second time to get it right.

They got the 3 g's. Good shit, good people, and good prices.

Gave me bogus line about 1st time patient can't order online. Have done this on more than one occasion at other dispensary around the valley. We're in the middle of a pandemic and they expect people to come in and spend unnecessary time in their store front when this could have been a very quick in and out transaction. I'll give my business to another.

The fluctuation in price points make it nearly impossible to rely on for affordable cannabis. Nor do the daily deals create any sort of discount worth having.

Dosent matter what order you come in. They skip you for friends and others who made express orders no matter how long you been waiting. Fix your customer service and create some rules.

If you know exactly what you want and desire quick service, this is your place. If you want advice, knowledge, and a quality bud tender, there are better options.

The past 3 months this has been my 'go-to' dispensary. They have great deals every single day. It's always very fast. Highly recommend to everyone

Budtenders who LISTEN...Thank God. Not a fan of them no longer saying what flower is on sale on the daily texts...but still good quality weed 95% of the time. Customer Service ROCKS when I had massive surgery and they changed the flavor to something that made me retch...they replaced several carts!!! Service!!! Literally go weekly and look forward to it!!!

Horrible how the hell you texting out specials then to drive all the way out here and your systems are down🤬Then the guy had the nerves to send me to another dispensary. Some of us need this for our medical conditions. Y’all don’t give a damn about that tho. It’s all about recreational fuck us. The security guard could have said something it it took a patient to come catch me and let me know then they know the systems are up then they were out of what I came for. My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order. Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit: 1. How you feel about mmj female veteran patients 2. That my money is no longer good there
