Herbal Wellness Center - North (Med/Rec)

HWC has been my go to for quality meds for over a year now. I used to always go to their West store which is about a half hour drive, on top of their wait times (which we ain't gonna talk about rn 😏) because their meds, deals and service are ALWAYS on point. Last week was my first visit to their gorgeous new North Valley location. Wait times are shorter which makes the longer drive worth it, but tbh I'd drive anywhere in the valley and wait in any line to see my new favorite bud tender, Ana Gonzales. She hooked me up big time for my first visit to this location and made me feel valued and important; not only as a patient but, more importantly, as a person! She's remarkably sweet and caring and makes me look forward to visiting HWC North every time. Thank you HWC and thank you very much Ana! 😁

Horrible how the hell you texting out specials then to drive all the way out here and your systems are down🤬Then the guy had the nerves to send me to another dispensary. Some of us need this for our medical conditions. Y’all don’t give a damn about that tho. It’s all about recreational fuck us. The security guard could have said something it it took a patient to come catch me and let me know then they know the systems are up then they were out of what I came for. Bullshit no return 2nd time drove from Chandler

Amazing people, great service, super knowledgeable about products. Would highly recommend for any phase of your cannabis journey. Fantastic partnership with HIGH (no pun intended) quality partners to deliver a superior product.

The person I dealt with ver rude. Was told the text was a weekly text that I get everydayday. And not good today for happy hour from 5-7 but it is happy hour tomorrow and Saturday ????? Person didn’t need to be rude. I have been coming to herbal wellness long before deer valley came along. But Eric at the north location is awesome just a shout out !

Oh and to add to my last review.. It’s 9:45 and they’re barely putting back orders.. Do I not have every right to be mad?

Was my first dispensary and still I feel the best. Staff are not confused and rude like other dispensaries. I have been to others all over the valley and still highly recommend. It us always clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an on line order and there was a couple people in front of me, they took me in the back and got me my order without me standing in line. They are nice to older and younger folks. Highly recommend. Covered parking available also!

I usually dont write reviews but I am still in Awe of my experience and this visit must be known to all. This review is about Ryan. My good friend is a new patient who is a stage 4 cancer warrior going through chemo. She is new to cannabis. I am a patient as well but i have no idea what what be good for her. She can't smoke and I am not experienced in any other forms of cannibis. She had tried gummy s but they weren't working for her. I brought her here because she didn't know what questions to ask amd again is New to all of this. Because of covid 2 people cant be assigned to 1 budtender and I really wanted to go back with her. I explained why I wanted to go back amd they brought an ANGEL up front to chat w us. It was Ryan Again I am a patient for yearssss and I have never had the experience we had today. He was soooooo knowledgeable and nice and took so much time answering our questions amd really helping my friend. He didn't rush us... He took his time explaining everything she needed to know... And then came out amd explained everything to me and her husband so we understood too. Like im still in aweeeee hours later. Ryan thank you so much for being amazing.... Patients deserve people like you... And you deserve a raise Sir! Please dont ever stop being you because you are amazing. We will see you again!

Dosent matter what order you come in. They skip you for friends and others who made express orders no matter how long you been waiting. Fix your customer service and create some rules.

Skimped me on a whole gram of bogo. Only got 17 when I should have gotten 18. I spend decent amount here only for them to mess up? They counted the drinks in front of me but not the concentrates. Very disappointed do not know if will go back. A whole gram of terp sauce skimped?

My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order. Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit: 1. How you feel about mmj female veteran patients 2. That my money is no longer good there

Great dispensary, quick service as a medical patient. Good weed with honest prices. I pass by a few other dispensaries to come to this one!
