very disappointed this is the second time I had to call and provide my ID number because of the fact they said they can not find me. then I had to call back twice just to find out that the deal is now sold out instead of getting a text. This was my go to spot. I drive way from Maricopa and would have been pissed off. I literally spend my whole allowance here normally but my last two orders has been a waist of time. I have been trying to pre order this since 8 this morning. I think I need another go to spot

I just wish the budtenders would show more care with how they bag my purchases. They can never figure out how to place terp sauce right side up. In the time it takes to walk from the store to your car in the parking lot, it will get stuck to the lid and the rim of the container, making a sticky mess and wasting medicine. HWC is really good about exchanges though and their premium concentrates are worth the price, when you can use all of it.
