Be careful on ordering. You have to make sure you put everything you want all on one order. This is the third time that I've had to pickup only part of my order. I had put in a second order because I decided I wanted another couple items that I was debating on getting. When I went to pick up, they didn't have the second order with my first order. Even though my second order said it was ready to pick up aswell. So, the budtender had said she can have me get taken care of with it in the back. I waited 10 minutes in there thinking I was going to be taken back once the next available budtender was ready. Then she says I'd have to go check in as a walk in at the cafe part. If the second order says it's ready, it should be placed with the first order in the online order basket.

This is a great dispensary but the bud tenders should really not complain about the size of an order and slow down to make sure the order is fulfilled

Quality is nice to excellent on flower, though most times I end up with quarters (split two eigths) full of itty bitty buds. Maybe they just think I'm ugly or something. Crowds develop here. Vapen products are the truth.

First, don't be thrown off by the outside appearance. Go inside, take a chance it is SO way cool! The waiting room was nice with chairs & table's Tv's, display cabinets. Then, they take you next door to a tiny area, but there is a security guard so that's what kept me from leaving. Then, I was taken through 'Heavens door'. Any anxiousness I had been feeling was gone. The budtender was VERY informed on things like what helped for what & what. He even had a few suggestions on things. He really wanted ME to be happy & find the relief I was looking for. It's for that reason alone I'll be going back soon. And the gift bag for first timers & deals might have something to do with going back, but mostly they made it easy & least expensive to finally get the relief I was after. So, if you're not sure what you need, stop by here cause they will know indeed! Thanks for the help guys!
