Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Made an online order, it got filled , and on my way there it was canceled. I live quite a ways from here. BS

Ty was an amazing bud tender, my first time there was handled by a horrendous budtender that I absolutely recommend to no one and she made me not want to come back but when she mentioned that if I refer someone I get a free 8th I thought I could give it another go. That’s when I met Ty and he was very informational and very sweet, that’s what I was hoping for my first time there but ehh it is what it is. I had to let his manager know how amazing he was towards me and my friend n how much of a great worker he is. I would recommend Ty to friends and strangers

best bang for the buck, 90% of the employees are amazing, unfortunately one of the managers, I believe his name is Andrew, is by far the rudest/unprofessional employee I've ever encountered out of any dispensary I have ever visited.. & I'm honestly prolly in the top 1% of laid-back/non-confrontational beings in the multiverse. I've been to 100+ dispensaries all throughout AZ, CA, NV, & CO, & he's the ONLY person I've had a negative interaction with. But yeah other than that, best dispo in AZ 👐🏽⬇️.

Definitely might go to dispensary never lets me down. The people have always been cool too so that’s a plus .

This place is absolute garbage. They lure you in with good deals but you bet your bum you'll be sitting there an hour MINIMUM. Online order? Doesn't matter. They don't have an express line or anything for the online orders. Save yourself the time and just go somewhere else.

I like the tier pricing and the selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. HWC is my new everyday dispensarie.

Great first patient deal and they hook it up with some free stuff for new patients got a nice glass jar, a rolling tray, some papers, and a lanyard for just coming in. Tina was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick the right choices for my taste. lil busy but even with the line i was in and out quick.

I came in for the vapen BOGO today and was very happy with the selection and help I received. Ive been to nearly every dispensary in town and Isaiah is probably the most impressive budtender ive ever come across. My mom and I were maxing our allotments with a massive order that requires a lot of focus, yet he still was friendly and conversational while taking care of it all with accuracy. I would personally be overwhelmed, but he was calm, collected, friendly, personable and managed to provide exceptional customer service. I came for a great deal, but I will be returning because of Isaiah

Don’t go here if you are looking to shop with a partner/friend who also has a medical marijuana card. Per the front counter staff it is too “overwhelming” for their bud tenders...have been into 30+ dispensaries and have never heard of this. Very odd. Will not return.

Great customer service, there flower bud was great quality. With one solid bong hit, I was feeling pretty amazing 😊

This is my second time going to this location, the first time (over two months ago) I waited over an hour got tired of waiting with no assistance so I left. Today I went hoping for a different experience, but the same thing happened again. As a first time patient here it's not very welcoming nor do they appreciate that you are a new patient, deals or no deals I am a patient not a number. It won't be a 3rd time. Please and I ask management, can you be set aside time and curbside assistance for the elderly and the disabled?

I love everything about this place!!! Awesome atmosphere, excellent products, the dopest staff!! Well worth the drive from North Phoenix.
