I come here a lot never had a problem till yesterday with online ordering. Ordered wayyy before cut off and still didn’t get my meds, after calling about 15times someone answered and I asked if I’d still be getting my order the girl said yes but clearly lied because here I am now writing this. Get your shiz together man!!

Dispensary shouldn’t send any text about order being ready if there’s an hour wait. I understand it’s a tough situation but I could of waited at home and not wait with all the other customers waiting ,spreading rona everywhere smh

How they manage the wait times is ridiculous. Logically could be 50x better.

they had $100 ounce deals that I ordered as soon as they opened at 8 a.m. by 9 they called to tell me that they had sold out even though I had my order number confirmation and everything and there was nothing they could do to compensate me but $140 ounce it's ridiculous they should be more prepared

I normally love this place but today is the worst. How can place a order online then show up 45 minutes later at don’t have a confirmation. But people show up after me and make a order at the inside kiosk and they get a confirmation text before me who at this point have been waiting 1 hour. Mind you I can’t even get inside without a text confirmation. So basically you guys are saying it’s pointless to do a online order?

The service friendly are excellent. They knew about the strains as well as helpful to suggest depending on patients needed fit their health effect feeling. I'm trying to looking for strain that don't want to be sleepy, but they were helpful to choose right the strain. I don't get tired as sleepy yet. Awesome! :-)

Just wanted to let y’all know that Laura has had the best customer service from a female at the front desk at check in I’ve ever had! Her personality was dope, her energy was uplifting, she was super respectful and that’s the kind of service you appreciate when coming to a place for four years!

The state of Arizona doesn’t regulate the way these dispensaries sale bud So they sale flower that has had thc extracted I bought Ghost OG and Phoenix OG they both were terrible on my throat due to chemicals left behind during the extraction process! This weed should be discarded not resold! They both are dry and almost lifeless also on sale! I did my own personal research by looking at their CONCENTRATE MENU there I found the missing life in the form of shatter,crumble, and other products. Beware they ain’t playing fair! #CaliVetNoStemNoSticksNoSeedsNoChemicals!
